Pros:

Great location and a solid breakfast with both international and local food. My room on the 4th floor was comfortable and spotlessly clean. But what truly made the difference was the staff; always helpful, always smiling. When you're traveling for work and come back from a long day of meetings, that kind of warmth really makes your evening!

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, tolles Frühstück und vor allem sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Ich empfehle nicht zum Innenhof zu buchen. Über diesen erfolgt die Lüftung der Hotelküche und Klimaanlagen.

This is NOT a 4-star boutique hotel.
Pros:

Decent location, friendly staff.

Cons:

The only thing 4-star about this hotel is the price. The room decor feels more like a dormitory than a nice hotel. The balcony is barely big enough to stand on and the "courtyard view" is the view of a run down apartment building. There is a kitchenette in the room, but it's pretty much useless since zero utensils are provided besides a small pot to boil water. There's no electric kettle or coffee machine.

In addition, the refrigerator was not turned on when I got the room, and I noticed this only a couple of days after I had stored my medication in there. You'd think there would be some kind of indication because who would think to check if a fridge in a hotel room is actually turned on.

Barely any water pressure in the shower, small and flimsy towels, cheap toilet paper, no shampoo or conditioner provided. They say this is for "sustainability" but other hotels just provide these things in refillable bottles.

Sustainability ends at breakfast... only minimal vegan/plant-based options (muesli, fruit, bread and jam).

All this might have been tolerable if this was a budget 2- or 3-star hotel, but for a hotel marketing itself as "boutique," this is not what I expect. If you're looking for a nice hotel in Ljubljana, you can do much better.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—very central and within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, including the old town, the castle, and Tivoli Park.
My room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was also good, with a nice selection to start the day. I really appreciated that the hotel offers complimentary snacks and coffee throughout the day. I didn’t get a chance to try them, but it’s a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall experience. I would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit to Ljubljana. I definitely recommend it to other travelers.
