Confortable and clean hotel perfect base for exploring the Atacama!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, good value for money, well kept spaces!

Cons:

Location was a tad far from the town centre (12 min walk)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage.

Was es Nachmittags extrem schwer gemacht hat sich im Zimmer aufzuhalten.

Aber in der Nacht ist es sehr kühl geworden.

Alles in allem kein Grund zur Beschwerde.

Me he quedado varias y bueno como siempre un lujo de hotel, muy cómodo y seguro
Desayuno exquisito
Piscina increíble, limpia y todo muy ordenado en el jardín
Piezas súper cómodas y abrigadas
Ducha con excelente presión y agua caliente
Lugar tranquilo
Cercano al centro, si no andas en auto puedes llegar a pie
Vistas increíbles a los volcanes desde la habitación
Personal muy amable

Cons:

Solamente personal (caballero) de turno de noche muy parco y enojon, ensucia lo bonito que es de día el trato del personal
Estacionamiento solamente para dos vehículos ( si alcanzas a estacionar puedes hacer uso del estacionamiento )

Cons:

- Personal bzw. Nachtschichtmitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich
- Sehr hellhörig
- Sehr kleines Zimmer und sehr dunkel
- Lunchpaket sehr minimal (kleines Getränk im Tetrapack, Müsliriegel und Cracker), da wir jeden Tag schon zeitig das Hotel verlassen haben, gab es 3x dieses Lunchpaket, andere Hotels hatten da eine deutlich bessere Auswahl beim Lunchpaket!
