Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait (juste à côté du "Duomo".

Cons:

Chambre ultra petite, lit 1 place minuscule, fenêtre donnant sur un mur sale et glauque , plafond de la chambre taché par un dégât des eaux, fils électriques apparents dans la salle de bain, mini frigo très bruyant (obligé de le débrancher la nuit), personnel parfois désagréable, y compris au moment du petit déjeuner

値段の割に快適
Pros:

場所が分かりやすく、部屋も清潔。バスタブがある部屋は広く、窮屈感がなかった。
スタッフは親切。チェックイン時間前に行ったが、部屋の準備が出来ていたので入れてくれた。コーヒー、紅茶が置いてある。（ポットの電源はアダプターのスイッチをONにしてから使う）

Cons:

食堂に電子レンジあれば借りたかったが、完備していなかった。
製氷機は無いので、氷も貰う事は出来ない。

On a adoré notre séjour! Emplacement 💯!!!
Le personnel est super avenant et chaleureux!
Le petit déjeuner était varié et te permet de tenir une bonne partie de de la journée.
Le climatiseur marche!
On recommande!

Cons:

La propreté de la fenêtre de la douche. Si vous ne l'ouvrez pas, pas de soucis. si vous l'ouvrez, c'est poussiéreux. Mais c'est vrai qu'elle donne sur un espace fermée, inutilisable - circuit des cables.

Ótima localização e me surpreendi com as opções no café da manhã. Fui para viajar sozinha e o hotel com certeza colaborou para essa experiência e para minha segurança!

Место расположения данного отеля очень хорошее. Буквально у Дуомо. Это единственный плюс. Отель явно нуждается в капитальном ремонте. Комнаты маленькие. Все очень, очень скромно. Сейфа нет.

Очень старый ремонт. Номера маленькие.

Brilliant location & suitable for short stay,all staff lovely & helpful
Pros:

Best thing was its location,two minutes away from El duomo,museums and church.
Close to bars & restaurants,tram stop literally just outside & metro two minutes away

Cons:

Too compact in the bathroom,they need to lose the bidet so you can sit on the toilet properly or put a smaller basin in,could only use shower with door open!
Not a great air con unit so room always felt too warm.

Perfect location that makes up for everything!
Pros:

The location is absolutely unbeatable – literally a 1-minute walk from the Duomo! Everything you need is right at your doorstep: great restaurants, cafes, and easy access to the metro. It offers great value for money. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, both at the 24/7 reception and in the dining room. The breakfast is quite standard but definitely does the job to start the day.

Cons:

The room itself felt pretty outdated. The acoustics/soundproofing were poor, to the point where we could clearly hear people talking in the next room at night. Also, there is only one small elevator which is very slow.
