良心的な温かさ
Pros:

ファミリー経営だと思いますが、家族的な温かさを感じられました。建物は旧いですが、掃除も行き届いていますし朝食も美味しいです。

Sijajno! Še pridem v Milano in v ta hotel!
Pros:

Odlična lokacija, lušten mali hotel, zelo prijazno osebje. Primeren je za manj zahtevne popotnike, ki potujejo individualno in z javnim prevozom. V centru najlepšega Milana, peš so dostopne vse znamenitosti v starem delu.

Pros:

The location is unbelievable. Right next to the Duomo. Metro is right next to the hotel. 10 minutes from the sentral train station by metro and you are at the hotel and in the middle of the city. All main attractions are in the walking distance.
Breakfast was great. AC in the room.

Cons:

The hotel is on the noisy street.

スタッフはすごく親切。部屋も清潔。またここに泊まりたいです。
Pros:

ロストバゲージして、なかなかスーツケースが届かなくて困っていたら、イタリア語が分からない私に代わって、空港や配送会社などに電話してくれました。本当に優しいスタッフさんたちで、感謝でいっぱいです。
朝食のサービスでも温かくもてなしてくれたり、朝早く出発の時は、パンやコーヒーを持って行きなさいと用意してくれたり、本当に最高の時間を過ごせました。

Pros:

Perfect location. Good price. Very welcome a/c. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. English language chanels on TV.
Single room and bathroom quite small but ok for me.

Cons:

Some confusion over electric sockets - there is a power switch on side.
Needs some updating:
New fridge - this one not cold at all
