Room was excellent; concierge staff — particularly Helen— were first class; kitchen in room and close-by take-out restaurants was great.
Cozy and big room. Really nice patio. Very helpful staff. It is really hard to find 9/10 hotel in LA. This one deserves for this rating.
Location/neighbourhood is not interesting. Quite close to Beverly Hills by car. Really cold floor in the bathroom and shower. It is impossible to stand bare foot. I had problem with hot water by it was fixed immediately.
Nice place and location. Big rooms with a nice charm and amenitites. THe location to food and stores was great and walking the area was a bonus.
The parking is nto great and expensive. THe exercise facility is a joke. Two machines, one not working and rusty weights all outside under a cabana. The ortuside part is fine, but not if it destroys the equipment!
It was very cozy hotel, equipped with kitchen, coffee machine, tableware, and shower with hose. You find Trader Joe’s and Target within walking distance. All staff were free and supportive. Uber comes within a few minutes.
Deluxe suite which I stayed didn’t have laundry machine. However, if you want to use laundry machine, the staff would manage to let you use vacant room’s laundry machine upon availability.

Helen and Hina at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. They even assist with receiving packages, making your stay more convenient.

The cleaning team is very diligent, keeping both the room and common areas neat and tidy.
Fantastic Location!
Just a 6–8 minute walk to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Ranch 99. Only a 10-minute drive to Century City, LA’s biggest mall.
Great for Long-Term Stays
The place has a full kitchen and a washing machine, making it super convenient and comfortable for extended stays.
The furniture is a bit outdated, and the mattress isn’t as comfortable as my last stay.
The location of the property is perfect close to Trader joe and lots of restaurants, it is also so cozy and feels like your own apartment, having laundry and dryer in unit is the best key point.
Event though the rooms are clean but Unfortunately the furnitures are old and teared, it is time to change them at least the Sofas!!! Also if they place a small toaster in units it will make their kitchen complete.
Btw the roof top needs some restoration and upgrades. It is beautiful though.

The bed was too soft
The configuration of the bedroom was excellent as it was partitioned between living room and bathroom, so will not be disturbed by sunlight. Also the linen bedding was so soft that I didn't want to leave. The hotel is very quiet as if no one is living in it but all the rooms are full.
The parking lot was very empty. wish I knew about the overnight parking on campus and near Target.

It’s a studio with a kitchen and laundry. Beautiful and clean with a nice view and plenty cafes around.
