La Santé Hotel & Spa

J’ai apprécié le fait que l’hôtel ne soit pas situé en plein cœur de la partie la plus animée du Vieux Quartier. Nous pouvions y aller à pied en une quinzaine de minutes, tout en ayant de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. Notre chambre donnait à l’arrière, à l’écart de la rue principale, et elle était étonnamment calme la nuit. Le lit était confortable et la chambre était bien entretenue. C’était un endroit pratique pour séjourner et partir facilement à la découverte de Hanoi.

The bed was comfortable enough, although the mattress felt a little worn and could probably be replaced soon. The shower was another small issue for me because it was quite high to step into. Apart from that, housekeeping had done a good job and the room was clean. I wouldn't say the room was luxurious, but it was practical and comfortable for a few nights.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Lan Ha Bay and came back for another night afterwards. The hotel kept our larger bags for us while we were on the boat, which saved us from taking everything along. They also let us check in a little earlier than the usual time. The first room was facing the road and was quite noisy, but the room we had when we returned was much more peaceful. That made a noticeable difference.

We could walk to the night market and there were restaurants, massage places and small shops everywhere around the hotel. It was busy outside, but we didn't find it difficult to get around. The rooom was a decent size and very clean when we arrived. Breakfast was also better than I expected. We didn't use the hotel restaurant much because the prices seemed quite high compared with the local places nearby.

It was about a 15-minute walk to the Old Quarter, and we had plenty of places to eat and get coffee along the way. Our room was clean and comfortable, although we could hear quite a bit of traffic from the street. The second time we stayed, we asked for a room away from the road and it was much quieter. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of food. I only wish the coffee was better, as there wasn't really a proper coffee machine.

A simple, pleasant stay with genuinely kind staff. Everyone was easy to talk to and happy to help when needed. I really liked the calm atmospherE.

The hotel is located right in the city center, which makes getting around very easy. It’s surrounded by many tourist spots and local attractions. The food was decent, especially for breakfast, though there are better options nearby if you want to explore. Still, it was more than enough to start the day. The convenience of the location is a major advantage.

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. I especially liked the complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water provided daily. It made the stay feel more welcoming. The hotel truly lives up to its rating in terms of comfort and quality. Everything was arranged thoughtfully for guests. It’s a great place to relax after a long day.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, and some of the equipment felt slightly dated. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still acceptable. On the positive side, the staff were always very polite and helpful. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was reliable. Overall, it covered the basic needs comfortably. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I still had a pleasant stay, and the good service made a difference.

The room had everything we normally needed, and the shared facilities were easy enough to use. I liked that things were practical rather than there just for decoration. We could settle in quickly and didn’t have to spend much time asking about how anything worked. There were also enough useful amenities that we never really felt something was missing. It made the stay more straightforward, especially when we were coming back after a long day outside. Nothing stood out in a flashy way, but everything was there when we needed it.

I liked how quiet the hotel was. We hardly heard any traffic, which was nice after spending time in the busy parts of the city. The beds were big and comfortable, and there was enough space for us to stay with young children. There were also quite a few restaurants nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a comfortable and quiet stay.

Breakfast was awesome, exceeded our expectation. Location was good. But the locality was ok.

Excellent location — right in the middle of everything, with the Old Quarter and most of the main sights within walking distance, which saved us a lot of time and transport every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly with anything we asked for. Great value for money overall, and an easy recommendation for anyone who wants to be central in Hanoi.

No me ha gustado nada. Me cambiaron al hotel babyllon a unos 200m. No pegué ojo. Las paredes son de papel. A las 2h de la madrugada los huéspedes de la habitación contigua empezaron a gritar y nada hicieron
