The hotel is ideally located near major markets, restaurants, cafés, and ATMs. While the Old Quarter can be very busy and crowded, the hotel’s location makes it easy to explore the city while having a convenient and quiet retreat to return to. The pick-up bay in front is a practical touch for arrivals and departures

The rooms at this hotel were truly impressive — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were modern, and every detail was carefully thought out. Even though the hallways and some areas show signs of age, the reception and main spaces give a modern impression. Combined with clean rooms, good amenities, and attentive service, it feels like a well-rounded and reliable choice for any stay in Hanoi

It’s right in the city center and within walking distance of many famous attractions, cafés, and restaurants. Being so central makes it perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

While the location near the canal and lake is quite atmospheric and the staff provided a quick, efficient check-in, this stay was a mixed bag. We were upgraded from a family room to two separate rooms; while room 401 had a noticeable odor, room 404 was much better with comfortable mattresses and quiet, effective climate control. The rooms are tastefully decorated but feel "tired" and are in need of a functional update—we dealt with a leaking shower, a loose toilet seat, and kids disappointed by the lack of smart TV features. Cleanliness was only passable, and the hallway carpets were in very poor condition. It is a bit noisy at night due to the lively area, and while paying by credit card is convenient, be prepared for a 4% surcharge. It’s an okay option for an emergency stay like ours, but there are likely better properties in this price range. Breakfast was ok.

The breakfast was good, though not overly elaborate. There was enough variety to satisfy different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistent. For early departures, the staff thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfast boxes, which was extremely convenient.

I immediately loved the scent and décor in the hotel lobby. It felt welcoming and stylish, giving a great first impression. The atmosphere sets the tone for a relaxing stay right in the heart of Hanoi.
