Exceptional Staff, Exceptional Stay! A Real Gem
Pros:

What a gem! I brought my 10-year-old grandson here for a staycation and we had the best experience! Sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, comfortable beds with cozy linens, an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, and little touches like a beer and wine reception, Wii gaming system, and nice pool with thick towels really elevated the experience. We got one of the simplest rooms and it was stocked with real silverware, porcelain dishes, a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. Honestly, I couldn’t remember how much I had booked the room for and was pleasantly surprised by the folio. This experience was similar to staying at a luxury brand, but at a more affordable price!

The hotel is nice, but it’s the staff that really sets this place apart. Hats off to the management and everyone who works here for making this place so special for guests.

I was already on the Element website looking for properties in other places we are visiting in 2026! Meanwhile, my grandson and I are planning our next staycation at our newfound favorite local spot.

Although we only stayed one night, it was very enjoyable.

Bright, clean, modern hotel that’s a really good value
Pros:

Nice, bright, clean modern hotel with friendly, helpful front desk staff. Plenty of free parking. Great location near restaurants and retail. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Love the room-darkening shade. Terrific bathroom - bright, modern, spotless, great water pressure in shower. Very reasonably priced - great value for your money. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wry nice facility with good breakfast and very friendly staff. Cleaning done every other day. Very clean room. Two small issues, very low flows shower head, and no ice machines on premises. Lots nearby in restaurants, convenience store, and shopping

Great stay
Pros:

Our room was on the 4th floor, towards the back, so it was quiet and restful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk personnel, Spencer and Alba were helpful. We had to ask for towels for the pool area, and my husband was short with Alba, but she was still professional and pleasant. (Sorry, Alba!) Later we asked for milk to go with some dessert that we brought back, and she was helpful then as well. I would stay here again.

No management on staff and no working pool.

Cons:

Have an assistant manager or GM on staff in the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday and working amenities or let guests know your pool is broken BEFORE they arrive.
