In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights, specifically:
For child under 39 in, his/her converted age is under 4 years
For child under 55 in, his/her converted age is between 4 and 12 years
For child 55 in or taller, his/her converted age is above 12 years

Guests are responsible for checking the room furnishing and facilities, foods or drinks in mini-bar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the resort.

Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great place for familles!
Pros:

Spacious villa. Great for families with children. Staff super friendly and helpful. Beach are really nice. Pool staff and kids room staff are so kind.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great with limited options yet good coffee. Food catering for Korean customers more and on the sweet taste, especially hot noodles. CapeNao restaurant crowded hence they served beer with plastic cup which was a surprise. Rooms are a bit run down as aircon leaked but staff fixed it quickly.

아이들에겐 최고였어요!
눈뜨자마자 바로 나가 수영하고 버기타고가서 또 메인 수영장에서 놀고 앞에 비치가서 모레놀이하고~ 하지만 주변에 뭐가 아무것도없고 배달도 조금 늦으면 안온다는거~ 숙소만으로는 너무 만족했지만 활동적인 저희가족은 나트랑시내가 더 잘 맞았어요~

Шикарные виллы, ухоженная зеленая территория , вежливый персонал, особенно персонал Level. Отличный пляж . Понравились завтраки для Level гостей. Хороший детский клуб.

Cons:

Качество и вкус блюд шведского стола на ужине. Говядина резиновая, десерты отвратительные, выбор маленький.

Nice resort without a wow effect
Pros:

Staff was really friendly, the house was spacious with more room than needed. Loved the food in the restaurants

Although a lot of effort was put into keeping the area and houses clean, it was evident that at least our villa was already old and worn-out.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Wish we had stayed longer!
Pros:

The 3 bedroom villa was deluxe. It’s very big with a lot of wasted space. Clean, comfortable, and the staff were well trained and friendly. One staff member recommended a nearby seafood restaurant for dinner and it was delicious. Tuk tuks came quickly. Very relaxing experience at our villa. The breakfast was pretty good but we only ate it twice. I could see myself getting sick of it if I stayed longer. I’m glad it came with our room rate.

Cons:

The villa comes with a kitchen but it’s not functional because there’s no microwave or dishes or flatware. We ordered food delivery and luckily our order came with chopsticks, etc but when I inquired about how to get dishes and forks to use in our villa, I was told I had to rent them, which is just crazy. Items at breakfast would often run out and not be replenished quickly.

в отеле все хорошо, но единственный момент, были сложности с заказом еды в номер, персонал плохо говорит по английски, не знает меню, размещенное у них на сайте, разговоры и объяснения по телефону занимали по 30-40 минут.

멜리아 빈펄 깜란 리조트 덕분에 아주 만족스런 휴가
Pros:

아침조식 종류가 많아서 아주 좋았습니다.. 매일 블럭을 나누어서 머는 재미가 있었고, 식품들도 신선했습니다. 잠자리도 조용하고, 깨끗하고, 아늑하고 편안하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 시내와 오고가는 셔틀도 매우 좋았습니다. 나트랑 시내까지 불편없이 이동 가능해서 알찬 여행이 되었습니다.

Cons:

숙소와 주의 레스토랑, 식료품점들의 거리가 떨어져있어 아쉬웠습니다.
