Buena situación, mala limpieza.

La situación. Cerca de la zona monumental y del barrio húmedo.

Cons:

No estaba limpio, ni el ascensor, ni la habitación. Mejoró el baño tras pasar la chica de la limpieza pero la habitación no estaba limpia. Dejamos una tarjeta de entrada puesta porque teníamos cosas en la nevera, se lo decimos a la chica de la limpieza y cuando entramos había subido la tarjeta y por lo tanto dejado sin Luz la nevera, ¿si tengo medicinas en vez de bebida? muy mal, sobre todo cuando te avisan; y no nos repuso papel higiénico ni vasos plásticos. El desayuno (conste q a mi me llegó que en casa no ponemos eso, creo que eso nos pasa a todos) pero claro cobrando lo que cobran la calidad de lo que ponían era muy mejorable. Y más de lo mismo, el aparador tan bonito que tienen en la zona de desayuno pasarle un trapo de vez en cuando, y perdonar si me equivoco y era una zona para dejar mensajes, que se podía, que la capa era de semanas no de días.

No encendieron la calefacción, hacía bastante frío en la habitación y después de quejarnos nos dieron un calefactor.

Lo que no me gustó del alojamiento fue que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, hacía mucho calor en la habitación, el termostato de la calefacción estaba sin pilas, la cama y almohada eran muy incómodas , y no tiene unas instalaciones que justifiquen el precio por noche.

Central location at an affordable price.
Pros:

Second time staying here. Good, central location with pleasant staff and a nice size room with a balcony. Good wifi. Strong shower. Happy to recommend.

Cons:

In common with most Spanish hotels there was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee- we have learnt to take our own kettle and cups!
