Pros:

This was my 2nd time here and all i can say is that is Nice, quiet and have an amazing view over the english channel in the morning

Cons:

As a bigger guy, the top madres on the bed isnt as comfy as it could be, the springs makes the back hurt a bit.

Lovely staff but sadly the place is really overpriced.

The staff was lovely

Cons:

It’s really overpriced. I can’t really understand £60 to have breakfast with two small waffles and an egg royale, and we were coming from London. The staff is lovely but £200 was also very overpriced for a dated room above a pub (there was a loud party in the evening). It would have been a good review at a different price point as I did appreciate the staff.

Pros:

The location was perfect
Room was a very good size with 2 easy chairs & a sofa
Good sized shower - spotless

Cons:

No lift, steep stairs to all floors
No off street parking

Very friendly, very comfortable - would return, and have already recommended.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, as was Rocky the dog. The room was very comfortable, everything worked.
The food and drink in the bar were also very good.

Cons:

The only things I would say is that the car park could have done with a few more spaces, but I accept that would be hard without encroaching into the beer garden.
Also, we could have done with a bit more room in the bathroom - it was tight around the sink.

Pros:

We had 2 very nice days , the room was ideal pet friendly No problem, all the staff were very helpful, our room was exactly what we wanted and the food was very nice home made cake also

It was the perfect final part of the jigsaw to make a great weekend away.

A great location with views of the beach, and sea. Friendly and helpful staff, with nice food.

Cons:

The on site car parking for the first night I thought was expensive at £12.50.

Pros:

Very comfortable room with lovely views over the sea. The room was clean, light and airy, the bed was extremely comfortable. Car paring was simple. All round experience was brilliant.

De locatie

Cons:

Het lijkt goedkoop opgelapt, maar de verwarming in de badkamer is volledig verroest , en de veren in het bed prikken in je rug. We hadden inclusief ontbijt, het ene kindje hoefde niks, de ander kon bijna niks door zijn allergieën, maar moesten wel bijbetalen, voor een klein stukje zalm, terwijl we bijna niks nuttigden. Het geheel voelt aan als een melkkoe en niet heel welkom.
Je kunt ook dansen in je bed op de muziek van beneden.

Would book again, clean, friendly and very dog friendly
Pros:

Dog and child friendly, right on the beach, close to amenities. Very friendly family team. Clean room. Very reasonably priced.

Cons:

We had a room at the very top which meant a few flights of stairs, wasn't ideal with a baby and buggy however, we were so glad we were at the top as we didn't hear a sound from the restaurant and bar below (they had a party in the sat night). We'd book the top floor again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The cooked breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Booked largely on price but they charged £12.50 to park - had I known this I would not have booked.
Opening or closing the windows seemed to make little difference to the cold draught or noise.
Advert made claims regarding sustainability but there was little evidence of this.
