Really nice room in a great location.
Pros:

Great staff, warm welcome. Room was large and very clean. Mine had a small terrace. Close to the sea, restaurants and a shop. Over a bar but not noisy. Large beer garden at rear.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

Room was comfy and clean with a lovely view. Great location and some staff members were excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Some areas were a bit tired and worn and some staff members could have been a bit more friendly.

Pros:

This was my 2nd time here and all i can say is that is Nice, quiet and have an amazing view over the english channel in the morning

Cons:

As a bigger guy, the top madres on the bed isnt as comfy as it could be, the springs makes the back hurt a bit.

Lovely staff but sadly the place is really overpriced.

The staff was lovely

Cons:

It’s really overpriced. I can’t really understand £60 to have breakfast with two small waffles and an egg royale, and we were coming from London. The staff is lovely but £200 was also very overpriced for a dated room above a pub (there was a loud party in the evening). It would have been a good review at a different price point as I did appreciate the staff.

Room was a very good size with 2 easy chairs & a sofa
Good sized shower - spotless

No lift, steep stairs to all floors

Very friendly, very comfortable - would return, and have already recommended.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, as was Rocky the dog. The room was very comfortable, everything worked.
The food and drink in the bar were also very good.

Cons:

The only things I would say is that the car park could have done with a few more spaces, but I accept that would be hard without encroaching into the beer garden.
Also, we could have done with a bit more room in the bathroom - it was tight around the sink.

We had 2 very nice days , the room was ideal pet friendly No problem, all the staff were very helpful, our room was exactly what we wanted and the food was very nice home made cake also

It was the perfect final part of the jigsaw to make a great weekend away.
