Just ok, wouldn’t rush back
Pros:

Room was very clean and spacious , staff were friendly and informative

Cons:

Room on second floor and quite a walk from entrance
Car park of basically a pub hotel charged at £12.50 per night

Pros:

Very comfortable room with lovely views over the sea. The room was clean, light and airy, the bed was extremely comfortable. Car paring was simple. All round experience was brilliant.

Cons:

Het lijkt goedkoop opgelapt, maar de verwarming in de badkamer is volledig verroest , en de veren in het bed prikken in je rug. We hadden inclusief ontbijt, het ene kindje hoefde niks, de ander kon bijna niks door zijn allergieën, maar moesten wel bijbetalen, voor een klein stukje zalm, terwijl we bijna niks nuttigden. Het geheel voelt aan als een melkkoe en niet heel welkom.
Je kunt ook dansen in je bed op de muziek van beneden.

Would book again, clean, friendly and very dog friendly
Pros:

Dog and child friendly, right on the beach, close to amenities. Very friendly family team. Clean room. Very reasonably priced.

Cons:

We had a room at the very top which meant a few flights of stairs, wasn't ideal with a baby and buggy however, we were so glad we were at the top as we didn't hear a sound from the restaurant and bar below (they had a party in the sat night). We'd book the top floor again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The cooked breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Booked largely on price but they charged £12.50 to park - had I known this I would not have booked.
Opening or closing the windows seemed to make little difference to the cold draught or noise.
Advert made claims regarding sustainability but there was little evidence of this.

Pros:

I love this place, and will be staying a few more times.
The rooms are very comfortable and roomy with awesome sea views.
The food served in the bar is delicious. All the staff have been super kind as I have had a bereavement in the family. This has been a relaxing safe haven for me.
Huge thanks and I will be back.

Pros:

Excellent location, had separate secure access without going through the pub which was appreciated. Bed was very comfy. View from the window was beautiful.

Cons:

The road outside is quite busy so was noisy at times but didn’t bother me hugely.
