Die Lage ist okay, das Frühstück ebenfalls

Cons:

Ich fand das Hotel etwas laut: Hatte explizit um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und dann war es aber doch so laut, dass ich auch mit Ohropax teilweise nur schwer schlafen konnte. Zimmer werden nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt und dann auch nicht richtig: Fand, dass das Zimmer eher schmuddelig war (siehe Foto). Personal freundlich, aber manchmal etwas überfordert. Eine Rechnung habe auch einen Monat später noch nicht erhalten (brauche die leider), drei Mails sind bisher unbeantwortet geblieben und Telefon tot oder niemand geht ran - das ist nicht akzeptabel.

Kurztrip Bielefeld zu Zweit
Pros:

Direkte Hilfe beim Self-Check-In, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, konnten schon früher einchecken,das war top! Zimmer modern eingerichtet, Bett war sehr bequem. Beim Frühstück wurde direkt wieder Alles nachgelegt.
Sehr Zentrale Lage!

Cons:

Es könnten im Frühstücksraum mehrere Tische und Sitzplätze in normaler Höhe ausgestattet sein.
