Convenient, clean and comfortable for an overnight stay
Pros:

Spacious, clean and comfortable, fine for a one night stay.

Cons:

Needed more bench space so that the toaster and kettle didn’t need to be in front of the tv to be plugged in. To extend the bench over the top of the fridge would solve the problem. Also couldn’t watch the TV from the sofa, so better thought for layout of the room.

Great location. There's a lovely walk to a bird sanctuary to the left and and easy walk into town to the right, both along the waterfront. Great food at the restaurant. Bottleshop on site. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It would have been better to have a small table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast.
