Incredible 5 star hotel experience!
Pros:

Literally everything here was perfect. The hotel is beautiful! The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedding clean and soft. The bathroom clean and large. The staff were so wonderful, not at all pushy, just so friendly and accommodating to any request. One of our two rooms was upgraded to a room with the most beautiful view. The breakfast was incredible. The location perfect. We were able to access a private room to shower before our evening train back to Hanoi. They offered a good price for the shuttle from Lao Cai. We were incredibly happy here and would highly recommend!

Cons:

There was no English channel on the tv which was only a tiny inconvenience for our kids.

- Niesamowicie elastyczni i pomocni ludzie. Dotarliśmy do hotelu o 5 nad ranem i od razu możliwy był early check-in za niewielką dopłatą.
- Mogliśmy w tym zjeść też śniadanie tego dnia. Bardzo dobra komunikacja poprzez Whatsapp.
- Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, dania na zamówienie są dostarczane bardzo szybko.
- Personel świetnie mowi po angielsku.
- po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy nie tylko zostawić bagaż ale też mogliśmy nieodpłatnie się wykąpać - udostępniono nam ręczniki i suszarkę nieodpłatnie
- przeloczenie kursu walutowego było w porządku
- personel bardzo szybko sprząta pokoje - w trakcie 30 min gdy byliśmy na sniadaniu, pokój został już wysprzątany
- bardzo dobre jakościowo masaże

Great Sa Pa spot with knockout views.
Pros:

Incredible views over the Fansipan funicular, great value, kind staff gave us an upgrade making it even better. Excellent spa treatments, gym, pool, good restaurant. Top marks.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff were so lovely and eager to please.
Pros:

Beautiful view from our window and verandah. Great staff in the restaurant and at reception.

Cons:

Verandah was not useable as leaks from the gutters meant constant pooling of water and black mould.

Boutique hotel with a cool vibe Sapa !!
Pros:

Enjoyed a beautiful evening meal here was so amazing. Fresh Vietnamese food with wonderful service from Bella. Our friends also were staying here and the rooms are so cool. This place is really a vibe. Would highly recommend eating and accommodation.

Wonderful stay - but could definitely be better on the breakfast

Almost everything was great ! From the room to the view, to the location and the staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was really disappointing. Not living up to the expectations, and also lacking some choice. We ended up going for breakfast in town the next day.
