Highly recommended.
Pros:

This is a modern, very comfortable hotel, 10 mins walk to town centre. Staff were very helpful and accommodating when we sought an early check in. We had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant the night we stayed. Probably the best quality and value for money room we have experienced in Vietnam.

I like this hotel alot. Highly recommended to stay here
Pros:

It is very near to town center but a quite version with a very nice monorail view😍 staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious as well!

Cons:

the only thing that struggling us is the slope on the way back to hotel. It would be best if the hotel provided shuttle bus back to hotel to skip the sharp slope.

Sehr empfehlenswert und gute ruhige Lage
Pros:

Die Lage im trubeligen SaPa ist perfekt, da in einer Nebenstraße gelegen und sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gefallen hat uns die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hotels in den Farben und Mustern der indigenen Volksstämme der Region.

Cons:

Einzig der Kaffee beim Frühstück wird dem gehobenen Standard des Hotels nicht gerecht. Da ist Luft nach oben.

Mooi comfortabel hotel op prima locatie met prachtig uitzicht.
Pros:

De receptioniste was zeer behulpzaam. Heeft voor ons de reis naarbonze volgende bestemming geregeld waarbij wij bij het hotel werden opgehaald.

Cons:

Het restaurant was niet gezellig. Zelf fris.

Hotel ist ok - ich würde allerdings nicht mehr wiederkommen

Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Lage ist außerhalb, zu Fuß der Ort erreichbar allerdings ziemlich steil, sehr schlecht beleuchtet und die Straße ist extrem schlecht.
Es gibt zwar einen Spa jedoch nur eine Masseurin und auch die ist nur sehr eingeschränkt verfügbar.
Das Bild vom Pool ist nicht aktuell - es wurde in der Zwischenzeit offenbar ein Gebäude davor errichtet, nur an einer kleinen Ecke gibt es noch Ausblick.
Der Service im Restaurant war nicht gut, es gibt zwar viel Personal aber die stehen hauptsächlich herum. Das Wetter war schlecht, das ist nicht zu ändern, aber es war im ganzen Hotel sehr kalt - das Personal hatte dicke Jacken an.
