Pros:

Lovely room with comfortable bed and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is away from the busy centre. Not a very long walk to restaurants and shops and a slight hill climb to the hotel.

Cons:

It was cold when we visited and the bar and lounge area was very cold. We had to wear coats (and so did the staff). The fire in the centre gave off no heat as an extractor fan just pulled the heat away. It would have been nice to have blankets to snuggle under.

Pros:

The location and views from this hotel were excellent. Walking distance from the town centre. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The spa was a bit confusing, we couldn’t find anyone that worked there when we wanted to use it. This might be due to having to pre book but on a short stay that’s not always that easy.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful for my 3 night stay, has excellent facilities, stunning views of the mountains from the bedroom balcony, the breakfast spread was delightful and evening meals were sublime. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and all went out of their way to ensure that my stay was the best. Wonderful position, a short stroll into town with so much to see and do locally, felt totally safe and would recommend trekking around the rice terraces with one of the local guides.

Clean, organized and very warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were all very kind and provided great customer service. I enjoyed that it offers a quieter, more peaceful space just a short walk to town. Incredible views! I hope to return in the future !
