Everything was great however the staff are outstanding! I developed a head cold and beautiful staff bought me a ginger and honey tea which was so lovely and made me feel like I was recuperating at home! They also arranged an amazing private day trip of the mountain villages which was amazing.

The location and staff was amazing throughout our stay, the view was majestic, definitely recommend and will be back.

Even though the location was tucked away from the bustling streets, we preferred this as it was nice and peaceful and got a good view of the infamous train with scenery! Beds comfortable, staff very attentive, good breakfast selection.

We loved our stay at the Aliana! The staff was incredibly helpful, from the welcome tea, to the towels they brought us at the pool, to helping us book our onward transportation back to Hanoi. They were always friendly and cheerful, whether it was the reception team, the restaurant staff, or those working in the spa.

The restaurant served an excellent breakfast with lots of options and we also enjoyed their dinner service as well.

The location offered beautiful views and a quiet stay since the hotel is down a road away from the center of town. However, we were able to walk to most places we needed within 15 minutes.

The room was large, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Our balcony was a very nice spot to enjoy the morning with a cup of tea, watching the train to Fansipan pass by and enjoying the bird song.

We utilized the spa for traditional herbal baths, which we would highly recommend! They were such a nice way to relax after a day of hiking or exploring.

If we returned to Sapa, we would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The hotel is well maintained and the views on a clear day are stunning, definitely recommend getting a Mountain View room.
Breakfast was great, we had dinner in the restaurant one night and this was also excellent. The staff in the bar / restaurant are really friendly and attentive

Location, large room with beautiful views, foyer was charming and smelt very fresh, breakfast was delicious and delightful. It was a relaxing haven to recharge mind and body.

L'emplacement au calme a quelques pas du centre ville, avec une vue magnifique. Un très bon accueil et du personnel à l'écoute. Les chambres propres, spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Merci, je recommande.

Everything from the friendly staff to the beautiful rooms, comfy beds and facilities, it was all perfect. The breakfast is the best we had at any hotel!

Брали в этом отеле два номера. Первый - совмещенные две комнаты, и второй - дуплекс двухуровневый. Соотношение цена/качество за первый отличной и вид даже хороший, пусть и с балкона без стульев и стола. Второй позиционируется с террасой, но факту эта терраса конечно печаль, подниматься на второй этаж не оч удобно, очень сильный уклон, освещение естественное на первом этаже весьма относительное. Поэтому наверное я бы рекомендовала данный отель только для обычных номеров с видом на горы, но не брать двухуровневые. Завтраки твердая четверка, персонал приветливый и вежливый. Расположение очень даже удобное. 10 минуток и вы у сапа стейшн.
