Excellent hotel with a view of the mountains
Pros:

During our visit to Sapa, we stayed at Hotel Aliana. The hotel is situated on higher ground and is quieter, yet still within walking distance of the center.
We had a very spacious room with a large balcony and a view of the mountains and train to Fansipan. The room was classically styled and equipped with all amenities.
The hotel features a restaurant and a spa. An extensive breakfast buffet is served in the morning.
Highly recommended for a quiet and luxurious stay in Sapa.

Pros:

Nice hotel in a more peaceful area of Sapa but in walking distance of the center. They let us check in early which was nice, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner at the restaurant which was nice and the breakfast had everything we needed.

Would definitely stay here again! Staff was excellent !

Beautiful location 😃 Mountain Views quiet for sitting outside yet, a short walk to shopping, restaurants and activities.

Cons:

We like to workout during our stays away from home. Workout area could use a good cleaning and be maintained better.

A very nice hotel and helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Location was a little hard to find with our driver's GPS, but we did finally find it.

Great views, amazing room.
Pros:

Superb views of Fansipan from the Duplex Suite Terrace. The room is spectacular - essentially a double-level penthouse, very spacious, lovely decor.

Cons:

In order to have those sensational views, the hotel is located a bit further away from the majority of hotels. It's not a long walk; from Sapa Station, it's about 7 minutes, albeit uphill. However it is a quiet walk at night along a road that isn't in great condition.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating.
We were allowed early check in and late check out at a nominal fee and our room was upgraded as well.
Location is near enough town but away from all the noise.
