El peor Hotel, que he estado en mi vida. Lo escogimos porque decía que tenía piscina, pero no es cierto -he reclamado a la web de hoteles-. En recepción nadie hablaba inglés y resulta imposible entenderse. El Wi-Fi no funcionaba. Al final consiguieron conectarme mi teléfono pero no el de mi esposa. La habitación es diminuta con camas de 80 × 1 80 y colchones viejos. El aire acondicionado antiguo hacía un ruido ensordecedor, pero si lo desconectabas te asabas. La televisión antigua tampoco funcionó. El baño ridículamente pequeño y parecido al que tenía mi abuela. Este Hotel tuvo esplendor los años 60 y ahora es un auténtico desastre. Cuando llegamos una pareja de alemanes se marchaba viendo el estado; eso debimos haber hecho nosotros.

Eine Sanierung des Hotels wäre wünschenswert. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Sehr feundliches Personal, was bei Problemen sofort hilft.

Самый ужасный отель из тех, что я останавливалась- очень старый ремонт, в номере нет ни чайника, ни даже бутылки воды.

パンフィロフ公園のすぐ近くなので、ゼンコフ正教会もすぐ近くとなります。ｺｸﾄﾍﾞﾊﾟｰｸへのﾛｰﾌﾟｳｪｲ乗り場までも何とか歩いていけました。空港までのタクシーも1800ﾃﾝｹﾞぐらいで手配もしてくれました。

The beds were extremely hard, which kinda ruined the whole stay. The hotel is also quite old. The breakfast was not great. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

호텔 위치는 좋으나 가격 대비 룸의 수준은 부족했다고 생각됩니다. 그러나 직원분들은 친절했습니다.

Good Hotel located in the heart of the city.

The staff was not much helpful. Could hardly speak English. They just seem not to bother about the the guests. Good breakfast !

We prepaid at the time of our booking. On arrival to the hotel they wouldn’t believe us. Dont use this service. There is such poor communication, loss of booking, and inability to unstand how booking online works.

The hotel charged me USD 38 for hotel pick. That is 12,500 tenge. The average rate is 3,000 tenge. I took Uber going back to airport and costed me 2,000 tenge. I complained about it but reception said that was their contract with the supplier. They should know better and arranged for a fair costing. It was too late for me to decline bec driver was in the airport already and it was immediate booking.
Hotel facade was far from the pictures. It is a very old hotel with old design and furnitures. Good things about the hotel are location and is a bit clean.
This is not value for money.

Great location but a/c unit did not work which was replaced by another old-style unit that struggled to function.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location convenient for Metro, shopping and restaurants. My room had a nice view of the mountains.

Old hotel, amenities very limited, furnishings are old and the cupboards in the room was broken, we stayed there for a short night at a low price before a 6am flight so it was not bad!

The hotel staff members were very helpful, but the bed is less than satisfactory: the metal springs are hard on my back.

Good enough, and good price. Right across the street from the big wooden cathedral, where the singing during mass is extraordinary.

Very convenient location. Service is excellent, very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Downsides: its not a 4 star hotel as claimed. And the shower was not in good condition
