Great choice, only wish I'd stayed longer
Pros:

Very spacious, clean and friendly reception. Pre arrival communication spot on, had we arrived outside of reception times it was set to be very easy!

Great apartment in a great location with everything you need.

Sadly we didn't manage a sea view which resulted on us looking into a building site. Large terrace space. Apartment lacks a full length mirror. Great location walkable
to everywhere.

Pros:

Great location, close to bars, restaurants & a supermarket. Ideal base for exploring El Cotillo and its beaches. Studio apartment was large, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nice roof terrace with small pool and great views. Check in was via emails & key collected easily from a lock box.

Un ensemble bien situé, au calme avec magnifique vue mer, une piscine en rooftop, de vastes appartements, une literie de bonne qualité, un excellent accueil sur place. Décoration succincte, manque un 2nd miroir et un peu plus de vaisselle.

Cotillo Ocean View is one of the best venues I ever stayed at. It is clean, modern, my studio apartament was spacious and highly functional.
It is right on the ocean where you can hear the waves and admire sunsets.
This hotel exceeded my expectatiions and was a huge part in my incredibly successful holiday in FV.
The check in and out was easy and the team are incredibly friendly and helpful.
I'd stay again at Ocean View.

Great place in great position
Pros:

Fantastic as usual. We have stayed there 2 times before. One night we came home to 1 inch of water on floor. Boiler had leaked. We had a mop and bucket so cleaned most up and the next morning when we went to reception they immediately replaced the boiler. Great holiday. Will return.

Clean, functional, very well located, good balconies and terraces for sitting out.

Kitchen only just about adequate, nowhere particularly comfortable to sit.

Not easy to find your way around if arriving when reception is closed.

Pros:

Awful smell of sewage on our terrace and at the pool due to ventilation shafts. Water supply was irregular and cut off mid shower. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. From the outside the building looked very scruffy. The town itself was very run down and apart from one street very ugly. The only good thing about our accommodation was the staff who were very helpful.

My second visit to Cotillo Ocean View and as before all went without any hiccups. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The lady at reception was very helpful and efficient. The apartments are very well located in the village. The rooftop pool is lovely. I would recommend paying a bit extra for the sea view. The sunsets are to die for...

Pros:

This is basically a company run appartment complex, its clean tidy with the basics you need but nothing else. The appartment has sun terraces but unless you book specifically you won't get one overlooking the sea. Cooking facilities are a two ring hob and a microwave Ok if you just want to do a simple breakfast but limited if you wanted to do anything more. Pool terrace is tidy and clean with good views and the pool is a fair size and warm though not heated. There is a restaurant -bar(different Company) within the complex which does breakfasy, lunc and dinner but does have limited opening hours. If you are going to spend most of your time out and about this is a very reasonable appartment, nothing special but OK and the price was good value.

Pros:

Nice place, a bit dated & tired, but great views over the old harbour. Be careful to choose/request a room with south or west facing aspect. North aspect has good views, but shaded and breezy. East faces inland.
