Cons:

Très loin du centre et sous-équipé. Il pleuvait donc les semelles étaient mouillées. Du parking, une porte donne sur un plan incliné pour chaises roulantes : une patinoire. Donc je m'étale et je me blesse douloureusement à la cheville gauche. On ne m'offre même pas la visite d'un médecin. Dans l'appartement ou studio, il y a une cuisinière à gaz 4 feux, mais RIEN dans les armoires (dont l'une a une porte non fixée qui tombe) : ni assiettes, ni couverts, ni rien pour cuire ou réchauffer. J'ai dû le faire remarquer et demander, un comble. Pas de table, pas de chaises : il faut manger debout ! Seulement des divans pour une télévision que je n'utilise jamais,- ça ne nourrit pas. Tous les distributeurs de savon/shampooings sont vides, remplacés par des petits pains de savon ronds. J'ai demandé au préposé où était le patron ou le manager : réponse : à Istanbul. Ce préposé m'ayant déclaré qu'il venait travailler à moto, il est malheureusement évident que le propriétaire a embauché du personnel sous-qualifié pour le remplacer. Ce préposé est aimable, mais c'est bien tout. Vu l'éloignement du centre, et l'absence de restaurant, il a fallu commander 2 pizzas : une heure d'attente, vu la distance. En conclusion, une place à éviter à tout prix.

Wij verbleven in het huis met veel kamers. Het was oud, niet verzorgd en ook niet schoon. Leek alsof het lang heeft leeggestaan. Geen gordijnen voor de ramen, meubels waren oud en vies.

Hôtel confortable et le personnel est très accueillant.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Nous y avons séjourné en famille et c’était sans regret. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et à l’écoute.

Ok for 2 nights stay . Special thanks to Mr Ozer who was very accommodating to rescue us from the super cold cabin and
Pros:

We booked the log cabin which was a mistake because the weather was minus 2 degrees and the cabin not suitable for winter - no central heating or hot water .
However , when the owner Mr Ozer tranfered us out to his hotel rooms - that made a huge different coz the rooms were comfortable and - hot water available and the amenities acceptable .

Wrong choice of log cabin for winter

Nice for families and friends
Pros:

Amazing staff, nice location and also nearby attractions. I loved the way we were welcomed and how we were told to park our vehicle which was very accessible to the unit and when we came in the unit was well heated where we didn’t need to feel any cold from the mountains. We loved the breakfast too and enjoyed the facilities provided in the hotel room. The room was made up of wood and we loved the aroma given and it was kept warm that we didn’t want to leave the hotel room.

Lovey host was helpful and friendly.
Pros:

A lovely clean apartment but lacked basics like a microwave , kitchen utensil etc were missing. It was far out of town and very expensive for what we got.

A family run hotel. Very spacious and clean. Both husband and wife were very warm and inviting. Great place to relax

Cons:

Location was not the greatest. Must have your own vehicle, which we did, so it was fine for us.
