I was disappointed with my stay here. The advertising gives the impression of an authentic Alsatian experience, but in reality it felt more like a tourist trap. The restaurant served low-quality meals with frozen vegetables and ingredients that were far from the fresh, regional food one expects in Alsace. The overall atmosphere did not reflect the local culture, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

If you’re looking for a genuine French or Alsatian experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the standards you would expect for the region.

This is a nice hotel with a restaurant. It is located in Bergheim, which is not touristy. My primary reason for the 3 rating is that our room was extremely hot, even though the lower parts of the hotel seemed cool.

Dommage pour la chambre 35 car il y avait un nid de guêpes et juste le Robinet du WC et lavabo ne donne que de l eau chaude.Sinon séjour sympathique.

Hårda sängar, slitna rum.

Personnel très professionnel et très sympathique.
La chambre 29 qui se trouve sous les toits est très fonctionnelle, très propre et très calme.

Mysigt hotell centralt I Bergheim. Bra restaurang! Trevlig atmosfär! Nära till intressanta utflyktsmål i närheten.

Accueil très agréable et professionnel.
Chambre agréable pour nous au rez-de-chaussée. Calme assuré dans ce jolie village. Restaurant magnifique, choix possible, cuisine excellente, copieuse.
Service très professionnel.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Charmerende hotel i gamle bygninger og med venligt personale. Døren til badeværelset kunne med møje og besvær lukkes. Den ene opredning var meget ukomfortabel.
Vi spiste på hotellet, men pga regnvejr tidligere på dagen havde de ikke servering i gården. Vi sad derfor i deres kælder restaurant som var rigtig hyggelig, men der var så utrolig meget larm at det var umuligt at føre en samtale ved bordet. Middagen var derfor alt andet en hyggeligt, til trods for søde tjenere.

Our room had everything we needed to accommodate the 3 of us. The staff were friendly and competent.

Un cadre magnifique, un séjour plaisant. Nous sommes tout de même déçus car nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il y avait une piscine mais après réservation nous avons reçu un mail indiquant que la piscine n’était pas accessible aux moins de 16 ans ! Cela devrait être notifié dans l’annonce surtout pour une réservation famille. D’autant plus que le tarif est le même avec ou sans accès à la piscine.
Mais nous avons quand même passé un bon WE. Personnel agréable et à l’écoute.

Attention eau très chaude dans la douche et beaucoup de difficulté pour la régler !

Ein ganz spezielles Hotel, im historischen Städtchen mit jedem Zimmer anders. Frühstück war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Die Herren an der Reception war äusserst zuvorkommend. Würde wieder dort übernachten

Una esperienza davvero fuori dai schemi. Posto carino, pulito, tranquillo, ci ha portato indietro del tempo. Una scoberta meravigliosa.

Pas de cafetière - juste une bouilloire qu il faut déplacer pour brancher- pour le mini bar il faut demander vos consommations à l accueil
Spa correct mais piscine froide et jacuzzi pas très chaud non plus- sol glissant pas de chaussons ni de peignoir
Rapport qualité prix non justifié
La bâtisse est belle
