Fun old world charm at a small cost to comfort
Pros:

I loved the old world feel of the inn and the location was beautiful. Lots of safe fun outdoors activities for my family. Very inexpensive walking fun.

Cons:

Our budget room was near a noisy roof HVAC compressor and our AC in the room didnt keep us cool like we wanted so we had to open a window which made the room loud. Also the room is very small for the price. A similar room in gatlinburg was much bigger!

Pros:

Beautiful location, rockers on porch, historic landmark, lake, nice walking area and recreation activities.

Cons:

There were a number of room choices online. My choice turned out to be disappointing. Located right above large, noisy fans(?) that ran continuously,
small room, had to go down several time to front desk since phone did not work to report the tv would not come on… first time got new batteries & had to return when that did not work, soap dispenser was out or just not working. The front desk person & the person that came up to address the tv & electrical issues were very pleasant & attended to issues at hand.

When I asked about the room, I was told that was the room that I booked. I did not see anyone else on our end of the building, but was told a large group had checked out. I initially had issues checking in, but luckily I had my Booking.com booking number after they were not able to find my name after several attempts… it seemed my middle name was used as my last name so was not showing up until I produced my confirmation number.

Everything else was good. Fix the AC!!!!

Cons:

The rooms Air Conditioning didn’t work. We woke up to it being 80 degrees in the room. No one could sleep like that. The room key we was given didn’t work when we got there. Had to wait 30 min just to get in the room.

Location is great as are the views but the room quality was poor.
Pros:

Location, price and views.

Cons:

Dated furniture, windows did not lock, shower shampoo was discolored with black flakes in it, no fridge, no safe, tub was not a non-slip tub, outlet with many connections at the head of the bed.

It was OK. I would stay on the property again. The location and views are incredible.
Pros:

The inn we stayed in did not provide or offer breakfast. We loved the location and the views and the fact it was quiet and safe. It was historic and the furniture was old but quaint. The customer service was just OK.

Cons:

It was not updated and could have been cleaner. The carpet and furniture were old, and the air conditioning vent needed to be cleaned. The system that booked customers and the lady at the front desk were confused, though our booking was OK, thankfully, but she was by herself dealing with phones, that, and trying to check people in and out. They need more staff. The cleaner had not cleaned all the rooms. The discussions about these matters in front of customers was unprofessional.

Beautiful place, good price but probably won’t stay again

The property was beautiful. Very clean and beautifully decorated

Cons:

Our room was smaller than I expected. There was a shortage of outlets. Had to pull the bed out and unplug the lamp to be able to charge my phone. No coffee pot, no refrigerator. Checked for coffee downstairs around 8:30am and there was none
