Pros:

The breakfast was good but I was not sure if it was included so I asked the chef and he said it was free. The front desk said it was not free to pay when you walked in. There were enough towels for the weekend stay !The windows opened for letting in fresh lake view air. Staff was friendly. Nice porches overlooking the lake. The Lambuth is the highest point on the lake so the walk from there around the lake was incredible. The little shops were fun but the pool is really special out on the lake.

Cons:

The toilet in room was slow to flush . It took 2-3 times to flush properly. The checkout was slow . The bathroom was so small the door opened inside covering up half of the sink front. So you had to move to the side to use the sink. Carpets throughout needed to be gone. Old and worn out.

Fantastic stay and location at Lake Junaluska. Definitely rebooking for next year!
Pros:

Most of all we really enjoyed the quiet at the Inn. But the Staff was very accommodating and so pleasant to interact with.

Cons:

Pros:

We stayed at Lambuth Inn for a conference and the place met more than my expectations. The building is a bit dated but the rooms and facilities were updated and the bed was comfortable. Food was great! The surroundings were very nice and we enjoyed our walks to the lake and around the area. We were there July 3-5 and there were fireworks on July 3 and it was spectacular!

Short good stay.
Pros:

Very clean. Comfortable, good size rm.great location. Quiet . Rocking chairs porch on floor were great & out front. Nice gardens.

my husband was there for a conference, i tagged along. the food in my husbands meal plan was average, nothing special. I ventured out for food.
also it's a methodist Christian retreat center, I'm not into the religion aspects at every turn.

The lake was pretty

Cons:

We had no idea that this is a religious retreat. The place was packed with kids at some camp. Our room was not a nice hotel room but more like a dorm room. We got no housekeeping while we were there, why? We paid $250 a night for a camp room like a little kid? The rooms are super small, and very dated. The lobby smells like an old persons home or a nursing home. We had a view of the back of the hotel. Not a lake view….i guess those were reserved for campers? No food at the hotel either.
