Promixity, cleanliness and affordability.
Pros:

The room was clean. The location was good. There are stores nearby.

Cons:

The room was a little smaller than I expected. They don't allow delivery to come up to my room. I had to meet them at the reception. They also don't have washing machine regardless of the room you're booking.
