Pros:

the location could not have been better! in old town and across the street from some of the best food recommendations. Everything was walkable - we didn’t need our car! There is a paid parking just around the corner and front desk was helpful with recommendations and parking questions. Room was clean! The hints of traditional decor but modern were perfect. Will not stay anywhere else if we come back to Sarajevo!

Cons:

Couldn’t figure out how to make AC cooler but that could be user error.

Çok iyi
Pros:

Öncelikle tesisin konumundan başlayacağım, burası başçarşının tam en başında, en meşhur köftecinin tam karşısında ve en meşhur börekçinin 15 metre gerisinde bulunan, konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde olan bir otel.

Bunun yanında rezervasyonumuzun ilk anından itibaren site üzerinden sorduğumuz sorulara çok kosa zamanda dönüş yaptılar ve bizi daha varmadan yardımcı ve yapıcı tavırları ile etkilediler.
Vardığımızda ise hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ve tüm personelleri her zaman oldukça güler yüzlüydü.

Bizim konaklamamızda kahvaltı dahil değildi. Buna rağmen 4 gün boyunca 3 yaşındaki çocuğumuza her sabah meyve suyu ve meyve ikram ettiler.
Personel gerçekten çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Başta siyah saçlı hanım olmak üzere hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyoruz. Buradan kim gidecek olursa da konaklama için bu mekanı gönül rahatlığıyla öneririm.

I’ll start with the location of the establishment: it is an ideally situated hotel, right at the beginning of Baščaršija, directly across from the most famous cevapi restaurant and just 15 meters behind the most famous burek shop.
Furthermore, from the very first moment of our reservation, they responded to our questions through the website very quickly and impressed us with their helpful and constructive attitude even before we arrived. Once we got there, we didn't experience any issues, and all the staff members were always very friendly.

Breakfast was not included in our stay. Despite this, they offered fruit juice and fruit to our 3-year-old child every morning for 4 days. The staff was truly very friendly and helpful. We would like to thank them all individually, especially the dark-haired lady. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit.

Mekanın tek bir sıkıntısı var o da kendi otoparkı maalesef yok ama bu da onların çok elinde olan bir durum değil. Başçarşı turistik bir yer ve genel olarak otopark sorunu bulunuyor. Bu mekan da çarşının tam içinde olduğu için otoparkının olamaması normal karşılanabilir


The place has only one drawback: unfortunately, it doesn't have its own parking lot, but that isn't really within their control. Baščaršija is a tourist area and generally has parking issues. Since this place is right in the heart of the bazaar, the lack of parking can be considered normal.

We'd go back in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly, the room was super comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre and across the street to the best place for Ćevapi. The best accommodation we had in our week travelling across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The location in the pedestrianised part of the old town was good and, if taxis are needed, they can stop very nearby. The breakfast buffet was good and we appreciated having a kettle and a safe in our room.

Cons:

The miserable staff! We’d chosen this hotel especially because there was mention in a previous review about acknowledgment of a guest’s birthday - and it was going to be both our birthdays during our 3-night stay which I’d mentioned when booking the hotel weeks in advance. Several weeks before our arrival, we asked the hotel to book a certain restaurant for our birthday dinner (as that restaurant wasn’t replying to my messages and it seemed a phone call was needed). The hotel didn’t do that for us despite frequent reminders so another kind person did it for us.
While eating breakfast on our first morning, the unhappy staff were using the sink right next to the buffet for buckets and mops to clean the floors and the frontage of the hotel which seemed far from hygienic as well as the cleaning products’ smells pervading the dining area! When I mentioned this, they explained why it had to be done but, in my opinion, they should have explained this and apologised for the unfortunate situation before trailing through the dining area and past diners with buckets and mops. There was a generally unhappy atmosphere amongst the staff - the only place where we had this experience during our travels in BiH and Croatia and we really regretted having chosen this hotel for our special, big birthdays! We wondered if the staff have become complacent if the hotel is always full and just can’t be bothered with guests. If only there’d been the occasional greeting or apology or smile, our experience would have been very different!

Pros:

Temizlik ve konforu ön planda olan bir yerdi. Başçarşının içinde heryerde yürüme mesafesinde önünden tramvay geçiyor. Sebile yürüme 1 dk içinde oluyorsunuz. Özellikle kahvaltısı ve çayı ile bir harikaydı. Çocuklar için düşünülmüş meyveli yoğurtlar ve pudingler ile doyurucu bir kahvaltı seçeneği sunuyor. Resimler ile gelip karşılaştığınız görüntü arasında herhangi bir fark yok. O yüzden ekstra resim eklemeye gerek duymadım. Hatta Mostara giderken bizler için sabah erkenden kahvaltıya sandviç, muz ve su koymuşlardı. Bunların tümünü göz önüne alınca verilen her kuruşun karşılığını alıyorsunuz. Bir daha gelirsem gene burda kalırım.
