Odličan boravak još jednom u ovom lijepom hotelu u samom srcu Baščaršije. Sve je bilo odlično i lijepo kao i uvijek. Uvijek se rado vračamo. Osoblje je posebno ljubazno. Veliki pozdrav gđi.Ameli i vrlo gostoljubivom gazdi.
Hotel je jako lijepo uređen sa svime što je potrebno za boravak. Velike preporuke svima koji dolaze u Šeher. Veselimo se ponovnom dolasku.

Konaklamamızdan her anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Oda çok temizdi, konforluydu ve her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konumu oldukça merkeziydi, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi, kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Fiyat/performans açısından iyi bir otel değil.
Pros:

Konumu iyiydi. Tam başçarşının başındaydı. Bookingde yazan checkin saatinden önce odayı verdiler.

Cons:

Odaları küçücüktü. Çatı katında düşük tavanlı bir oda verilmişti. Küçücük pencereleri vardı. Temizliği iyi değildi. Odada örümcek ağları vardı. Kahvaltı saati bookingde yazan 7.30 yerine 8.30a çekilmiş. 7.45ten kahvaltıya indiğimizde otel çalışanı tarafından adeta azarlandık. Çocuğumuz olduğunu ve kahvaltıya başlayıp başlayamayacağımızı sorduk ama azar yedik. Çalışan daha nazik olabilirdi. Otelin şartlarına göre çok pahalı bir otel.

Super convieniant for everything in Sarajevo. Great stay will use this place when I come back.

This is an excellent htel, Great room centrally located right next to everything.

My room was spotlessly clean and large.

A special mention to AMELA at reception. She helped us with directions and advice on places to visit in the city. Even called us a taxi to the airport on departure.

Cons:

Nothing. This place really has it all.

Otelin konumu,temizliği,ilgi ve alakası son derece iyiydi. Çocuklu aileler için özellikle başçarşının dibinde butik bir otel ve ulaşım heryere birkaç adım uzaklıkta olup çok kolaydı.

l'accoglienza dello staff eccezionale a partire dalla prenotazione
Pros:

Ho apprezzato la posizione centralissima, le dimensioni della stanza, la climatizzazione (faceva davvero caldo a Sarajevo questi giorni) e l'isolamento acustico grazie ai tripli vetri. La possibilità di gustare una tazza di caffe/the o un frutto al rientro in albergo è stato molto piacevole. La disponibilità e l'aiuto della signora alla reception è stata eccezionale!!!

Pros:

Ideale Lage Mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch war es in meinem Zimmer ganz ruhig. Ich war 10 Tage dort. Die jungen Damen an der Rezeption sind ausgesprochen kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während meines Aufenthaltes habe ich verschiedene Tagestouren mit MeetBosnia unternommen.
