The staff were lovely and if you want to be in the old part then it’s great but next time I would definitely stay on the other side of the river
The room was not the room that we booked and that was in the pictures. We booked a superior double. This was definitely not that. We had building works going on outside and a view of rubble
Lovely stay in a perfect location
A lovely little hotel with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room is not large, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. The refrigerator is located downstairs in the kitchen.
The location is simply perfect — very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Overall, a pleasant and cozy place to stay.

En general todo estuvo bien, opciones de desayuno limitadas pero suficiente
L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville historique de Sarajevo. Malgré cela, il n'y avait pas de bruit la nuit pour dormir. Ma chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner complet, le personnel sympathique.

Location, location, location! The hotel is in the middle of Baščaršija with almost every landmark within a short walking distance. It is nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable, the shower is strong with plenty of hot water and the staff is extremly kind.
The wardrobe door was broken, so please fix it.
