Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Bascarsija!
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was exceptional - from the spotless, well-maintained facilities to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel’s unique architecture and design beautifully reflect Bosnia’s rich history, culture, and heritage.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, authentic Bosnian experience with outstanding service.

Small hotel - big welcome - great location

What a fabulous find!
Located in the old town this is a real gem: small hotel, great, simple facilities, immaculately clean and such a warm friendly welcome. Amalia was ultra helpful and so informative about the city and its history.

Great location right in the centre as well as next to bus stop and accessible by taxi; overall bright setting; helpful staff

Cons:

No elevator; second floor with rather small roof windows, although this is normal due to old town architecture

Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Altstadt! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Wir haben den optionalen Taxi-Service zum Flughafen genutzt, das war sehr praktisch und der Preis absolut fair.

Cons:

Das Bad war relativ neuwertig und insgesamt sauber. Allerdings könnte an manchen Stellen etwas gründlicher geputzt werden z. B. Es waren deutliche (ältere) Kalkflecken auf den Fliesen in der Dusche oder neben dem Waschbecken zu sehen.
Aber insgesamt waren wir dennoch sehr zufrieden.

A peaceful gem in the middle of the old town
Pros:

This was the most comfortable stay of my trip. It was a beautiful, comfortable room with very helpful and kind staff. A wonderful location right in the old town. I was surprised it was so quiet and peaceful given all of the activity all around.
