За останні роки найкращий готель України і по зручностям, і по розміщенню. Найвища якість в усьому. Це приємне відчуття в кожній зоні - яблука в холі, красиві меблі, зручне ліжко і високоякісна білизна, відмінний набір косметичних засобів, прекрасна аква-зона. Окремі компліменти до харчування і високого рівня рецептури, смаків і якості продуктів. І все це завдяки високій професійності кожної людини, яка працює в готелі. Зручне місце розташування. Комфортні та чисті номери. Персонал - привітний, навіть ланч бокси з собою при ранішньому виїзді. Парковка. Все добре. Але, є але..,

Cons:

Але…. Сповіщення про тривогу. Це треш. По -перше: неякісна запис звуку, репить та тріщить, дикція невиразна . По- друге : Оре так в номері, що це просто жах. Тут не тільки діти перелякаються, але і дорослі. Якщо за ніч буде декілька тривог. З таким орем, ви взагалі не відпочинете. Можна ж зробити гучномовець на пару децебел нижче, якісний звук.

Pros:

Доглянутий готель з чудовим розташуванням. Широкий вибір страв на сніданок.

Cons:

Навігація по готелю як у радянському фільмі «ну хто так будує?»… щоб потрапити в номер треба подолати квест.
В нашому номері був зламаний матрац. Сподіваюсь його замінять і наступного разу буде 10/10

Чисто в номері , дужа файна постіль, матрац, СПА, басейн, сауна - 10 балів, наявність кофе машини, парковка під охороною, смачні сніданки, центр старого міста. Персонал на висоті.

Не було купальника жіночого на продаж, холодильник в номері не працював чомусь
