Pros:

Гарний , чистий готель, просторий номер. Є все необхідне. Смачний сніданок, великий вибір. Скористалися і залом, і сауною, і басейном. Все сподобалося, рекомендую.

Pros:

Було чисто.
Полотенця, халати - чисті і гарної якості.
Розташований у центрі міста і поруч ТЦ.

Cons:

Тривога була дуже гучною і, оскільки, дуже часто, то виспатися точно було складно. То не провина готелю, але якби нас попередили завчасно, ми б встигли придбати беруші...
Чути було, доречі, і все, що відбувалося у сусідніх кімнатах. Як відчиняються двері, зачиняються двері, працює тв...

Фото, які були спочатку на сайті, показували просторий номер з двома спальними зонами.
А по факту - ліжко розташоване навпроти дивану і спати так було зовсім не зручно.

Окрема історія - розкладний диван не призначений для сну. Аби сон там був комфортним, там точно мав би бути ще додатково матрац, тому що спати на цій поверхні - геть не зручно.

І я абсолютно не зрозуміла цього планування і чому не можна було мінікухню розмістити навпроти ліжка, а диван поставити у нішу, аби було, дійсно, дві окремі зони для спання 3 чи 4 людей - загадка...

Окрема історія зі СПА зоною, яка не працювала під час тривоги. А тривоги були більшу частину часу.
То ж ми потрапили до СПА аж на півгодини, і вдруге йти аби бігати між тривогами поміж номером на 6 поверсі, та СПА зоною на 2 поверсі, у мокрих купальниках - не мали бажання.

У душі відсутня витяжка. У туалеті - ні витяжки, ні освіжувача повітря.

Ще одна окрема історія з паркуванням.
Взагалі обурило, що було заявлено наявність парковки а ми були на авто, та коли заселятися нас поставили перед фактом, що місць - немає. Поруч є платне паркування від ТЦ, можете ставити там.
А на сумки це вже досить відчутна сума, насправді.

Тому - за чистоту точно плюс, але вдруге я навряд чи оберу це місце.

Чудовий готель
Pros:

Готель чудовий, розташування супер, все чисто, зручне ліжко. Для дитини поставили ліжко і дитячу косметику, без додаткової платні. Сніданок хороший, всього вдосталь, шампанське зранку в неділю, саме те)

Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location. I liked the interior, and the room was clean, tidy, and well maintained.

Cons:

There was an issue with the parking. The hotel is advertised as having parking, but upon arrival we were told at the reception that there were no available spaces. The receptionist did not seem to fully understand the situation at first and did not make much effort to help. Only after several minutes of discussion and clarification were we able to find a parking space.
It was also disappointing to see that, after we had parked, other cars were later parked in a way that blocked the exit for other vehicles.
Considering the room rate is not low, the way the parking was managed and the assistance from the receptionist left a rather negative impression.
