It was so dirty and bug infested. Loud traffic outside

No, no recomiendo este lugar es horrible y sin nada de higiene. No es un motel es peor una pensión. Gente horrible dejan la basura los pasillos fuman las habitaciones y se activa la alarma de incendio llegan los bomberos por los malos hábitos de la gente que vive ahí. Sucio todas partes y el personal no tiene ningún interés, no pone caso alguno, mi peor experiencia

The rooms are noticeably ill-maintained. Basic items like hair dryers and clothing irons are missing and there were stains everywhere. Nothing had been updated in decades and there were no amenities. The staff have zero desire to help with anything and some don't seem to know enough English to do their jobs. The doors were left unlocked and questionable clientele consistently were entering the facilities and causing problems (pulling fire alarms in the middle of the night and other things that were causing the police to be called). It also seemed like the staff was letting people permanently live out of some rooms in questionable looking living arrangements.

Front desk agents look lost, they don't know what are they doing. The room was infested with roaches. They try to switch us room. But the room was used and even worst infected with roaches. When asked for a manager, there's no manager on site, it seems Roaches in the room is very normal for them.
