O atendimento é o SHOW, as instalações e a limpeza são 100%

Cons:

Da pouca oferta de refrigerantes, de servirem o refri e cerveja em copo, e de só disponibilizar Coca Zero, não havendo nenhuma outra alternativa para refrigerante sem açucar. Achei este detalhe muito ruim.

Os insumos das refeições não são de alta qualidade. Tudo mediano. Faltam opções saudáveis. Muita fritura e gordura.
Muitos mosquitos nas acomodações.
Não oferecem espumantes no all inclusive
Vinhos baixa qualidade.
Bebidas melhores somente pagando a parte.

Um hotel sabor all inclusive. Bom se pagar barato mas fica muito distante de outras opções

Pros:

Funcionários bem atenciosos tanto na praia quanto no hotel. Comida boa. Organização na programação. Pessoal do lazer bem divertidos. Área de lazer bem ampla.

Cons:

Chuveiro muito ruim e vaza água pro banheiro. Travesseiro péssimo, pedi mais um a parte que foi cobrado e era ruim do mesmo jeito. Checkin mal organizado, não liberam minutos antes mas se deixasse iriam liberar horas depois. Precisei fazer reclamação para ser atendida pois estava com bebê de colo. Quarto não foi feita a limpeza.
