Great location, easy to find. Lovely rooms and lounge
One small bathroom was hard with 12 girls and no ventilation

We could of done with 2 bathrooms there was 7 ladies waiting for showers
Very close to the centre so ideal for hen parties and keeping cost down not needing to get taxis etc. Nice property. Staff very helpful.
Walking distance into the town, very clean and layout us well as a group of girls travelling together was lovely to stay in rooms together!
The apartment was very well presented throughout and exceptionally clean. All communication was prompt, and our stay was very comfortable. The location is ideal as it's a 5 minute walk into town and about £5 in an Uber if going out for food to the Docks. There is also a co-op within walking distance for necessities. We went as a Hen Party of 9, and we were delighted that there was a TV for some Hen Party games (easy connection to wifi) as well as a long breakfast bar for our Bridal party set up, gift bags and cocktails. We went during a heat wave, and our apartment was lovely and cool, facilitated by a door off the lounge. Apartment 2 also had two bathrooms, which is ideal for a larger group. We also used an events company recommended by RST, and she was phenomenal, very well priced, and over exceeded our expectations. All around, I would highly recommend it.

decent older style property in city centre
over crowded bedrooms, bathroom facilities were basic and dated,
Very close to city centre and all the clubs and restaurants. Great for a stag do group. Easy access to the property. Two bathrooms was good when you have so many people. Overall the apartment was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good wifi. Nice clean towels and bedding. One guest was impressed with the cordless iron.
Some guests complained about the sleep on the sofa beds in the living room, they were very uncomfortable and one of them said it was their worst sleep ever. Pots and pans were extremely scratched, and there were no kitchen knives so making breakfast was not great. Also the hair dryer didn’t work.
The area, the cleanliness, the outlay of the flat, communication 100%. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Liverpool.

Die Lage war toll. Viel Platz. Gut ausgerüstet. Gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung.
Man muss eine Schadenkaution überweisen. Das steht nur im Kleingeschriebenen. Zuerst dachte ich, die seien gehackt worden bis ich bei Booking in den Kommentaren gelesen hatte, dass dies normal sei und dass das im Kleingedruckten steht. Beim ersten Versuch das Geld zu überweisen, hat es nicht funktioniert, obwohl alles richtig eingegeben wurde. Erst beim zweiten Mal hat es funktioniert. Da ich nicht in der UK lebe und mein Konto keine £-Währung hat, habe ich durch diese Transaktionen CHF 50 / € 54 / £ 46 verloren. Eine andere Zahlungsmethode wurde nicht akzeptiert.
Das Bett war für uns zu hart.
Die Dusche beim Doppelbettzimmer konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden.

9 of us stayed and there was lots of room
Apartment was clean and tidy
Hosts were quick to respond to any issues
Only one bathroom in an apartment of that size holding so many guests was a bit of an issue.
Had several messages from the host about fake tan and make up stains on bedding and towels resulting in loss of deposit- as a group of girls this was obviously a concern so we brought our own towels with us.
The 4 flights of stairs to the apartment was our daily exercise x
