Linh was very nice to me. She helped with lots of food recommendations and book Ninh Binh trip! The accommodations are great, would recommend. I even extended my stay! Location is great.

Luxury backpacker hotel was a great place for me and my girlfriend to stay. The host Linh was very helpful and kind, she upgraded our room for free and even helped us book a discounted tour for the Ha Giang loop. She gave us great recommendations for things to do on different days and meals to try. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I booked a private room and honestly for the price it was great! The location is PERFECT. The staff are unbelievably lovely and helpful (I booked the Ha Long Bay cruise through them).

My time in Hanoi was facilitated with joy, comfort and ease by staying with Luxury Backpackers.
Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and provided options of excursions with honest advice about the most popular and the one with the best value for money.
I was recommended delicious local cuisine.
My room was clean (and cleaned daily) and equipped with everything I needed.
The location was perfect as I was a walkable distance to many Hanoi hot spots.
The guiding light to my enjoyable time in Hanoi at Luxury Backpackers was Linh. From first meeting, she was friendly, genuine, and joyful presence that I could trust. This is needed and so refreshing as a solo traveler. I was able to leave Hanoi having a fabulous time and a new found friend.

Get the best value for this place! Book it!

AUCUNE FENÊTRE dans ma chambre et ce n'était indiqué à nul part dans le descriptif contrairement à d'autres hôtels qui le disent. Aucune ouverture de la part du personnel pour essayer de trouver un arrangement. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas non plus.

Großes Kompliment and Linh, sie und alle im Hostel waren super freundlich und extrem hilfreich.
Bett ist bequem, Preis-Leistungs verhältnis auch ausgezeichnet!
Einzig die Duschen sind super eklig.

People works in there is so so so kind even my English is not well! Thank you everyone! Com on!

Overall, it was an okay experience. But we left the apartment with the AC turn on and when we came back it was turn off, when we said that we didn't want cleaning service that day. Also we book a bus with them to halong and we left more than one hour after the stablished hour, so I won't recommend booking additional services with them if you are in a rush.

It's a pleasant stay. I was there for 3 nights. The staff were able to provide timely support and assistance. They were really helpful and friendly. The location is quite near to the old town and the lake. The room was in general clean. There's little room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but just a little. There's slight odour.
