An amazing experience, the staff are so pleasant and customer service excellent.

The front desk staff were amazingly pleasant and efficient. They are so welcoming and that made a difference including the security officers.

Pros:

Within walking distance to Malioboro street. Very close to Pasar Krangan. Restaurant Lombok Idjo is just opposite the hotel & we had 2 dinners there. The breakfast had a variety of choices. Room was spacious enough & comfortable. We requested for interconnected rooms. Staff was polite & helpful. Wifi connection is good.

Pros:

The best things about this place are probably the breakfast and its location—it's close to Malioboro and the train station. The room is quite old, and the refrigerator doesn’t work; the staff even said it’s just for decoration.
