Lotus Blu Hotel

it was very good at lotus blue and I will be coming back this way

Its a great location. Comfortably stay in Legaspi. Shame about the cleanliness of the room, it was dirty.

This was our second stay here. People are great but they can only do so much. After our first stay we stayed elsewhere due to cleanliness issues we noticed bugs around the buffet area. This stay was short notice and our preferred location was full. This stay we checked in and went to the room, the room spray deodorant was so strong we had to change rooms. The next room was no better we asked for a fan just to move the air and was able to open a window. As the night went on we noticed bugs in the room. Small roaches like we saw at the buffet last visit. The carpet is old and worn with stains. If this is your only choice as it was for us. The place is just okay doesn’t live up to the reviews.

The room had older carpet. The windows needed cleaning. I sent an email 2 days before arriving requesting the shuttle. The hotel never responded and there was no shuttle at the airport.

Close to transport hub and shops. Needs fumagations and windows in breafast area need cleaning.

Need an update with the room and bathroom with attention to the carpet. Also need easy guest parking space.

The in house café served a free breakfast buffet and they served menu items all throughout the day as well. I haven't traveled enough to feel comfortable speaking negatively about my stay.

SM store so close to Lois blue which was good. Everything was okay. I’m going back there again in a month again

In the room and at the restaurant, bugs and cockroaches are everywhere

Beds are rock hard. No water pressure and most of the shower head nozzles were clogged. Checked out two days early and found another hotel.

Apart from the door which doesn’t automatically shut when it’s supposed to be self-closing, I cannot really fault this hotel. Convenient location, great staff, good breakfast spread, spacious and clean room, and shopping malls abound in the area - which you need to cool off.

Overall a good stay, very convenient to shopping and the bus terminal. Only real complaint was the lack of consistent hot water when bathing. Breakfast was noticeably better on the weekend than on the weekday that we were there; it was very good on the weekend.
