Excellent-Beyond the call of duty
Pros:

The hotel Shokhjakhon in Xiva is welcoming, customer service oriented, is conveniently located opposite the old city wall of Xiva, clean, has good WiFi, excellent restaurant (can accommodate vegetarians - i.е. porridge, eggs, fruit, cheese, butter and bread for.breakfast) and is excellent value, The restaurant next door has excellent (like home cooked) food and a nice atmosphere. The staff and owner went beyond the call of duty to make guests feel welcome and to assist in every way with tourism arrangements, including with late check out. Pay in local currency on site.

Pros:

大学生の一人旅で利用しました。他の日本人の方のレビューを見て不安に思っていたのですが、ウズベキスタンで泊まったホテルの中で一番良いホテルでした。部屋や風呂やトイレも清潔で、当然のことですがお湯も問題なく出るためストレスなく生活することができました。立地もイチャンカラまで徒歩5分もかからない場所にあるため観光にも最適でした。また、ホテルの従業員のウミドさん？(名前が正しいかはわかりません、、)は基本的に英語でコミュニケーションが取れるためウズベク語は必要ありませんでした。また、初日の夜にホテルのオーナーの方がウォッカを振舞ってくれ、とても楽しいひと時を過ごすことができました。

最悪のホテルです。
Pros:

夜行列車で到着したため朝の８時にチェックインしたら、その分の４７＄を追加料金として請求された。
こんなことは今まで多くのホテルを利用したが初めてですのケチホテル。
朝食も小皿でサランラップがかけられた作り置き。朝食らしさが無かった。

Pros:

Приветливый персонал, который нам помог найти недорогое такси в Бухару. Отель в 5 минутах ходьбы от старого города.

Clean and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel is completely new, not even the taxi driver knew about it.
We took the risk and reserve it, based on the photos, as we could not find any review on the internet. It completely worth it, really nice and clean bed, as it is completely new. Breakfast was also fine and the receptionist was also really friendly. It is really close to Ichan Kala.
