Pros:

The staff and location were both good but this has to be the most noisy and uncomfortable hotel i've ever stayed in. Horribly noisy fridge that sounds like a broken aquarium, paper thin walls, the whole room shakes every time doors are opened and closed, rock hard horrible bed and wifi that drops out every 30 minutes. Definitely not recommended.

Pros:

The hotel is fine. Reasonably expensive but I guess that's just Niseko these days. Location is good for food and nightlife. Try to book ahead for restaurants as they get booked out quickly.

シャワーとトイレの仕切りが無い
Pros:

ユニットシャワートイレのシャワー部分の床と、トイレ部分の床の間に仕切りが無いので、シャワー後にトイレ使う時に足が濡れてしまう。

隔音差，早上7:30清清潔開工，上上落落嘈到不得了
朋友留下一雙鞋子，酒店全無紀錄，再三追問下才在什物房找出
雪櫃也很吵

施設も綺麗で、スタッフの方々も皆様とても親切で本当に来て良かったです！
ゲレンデも近く、周囲もお店が色々あって楽しかったです。
毎年行きたいくらい気に入りました！

Pros:

The attitude of staff in this hotel whatever customer services is very poor and rude. They have not answered any enquires and questions about their handling of Coronavirus in their hotel. We will not recommend all tourist to stay at this hotel.

酒店和滑雪場好近，大約5分鐘路左右，也很就近附近的食市，有提供牙刷，毛巾，風筒和滑雪的locker，而家去和回程，也有車安排接送到welcome center

住在二世古滑雪區的市中心
Pros:

身處二世古十字街旁，無論滑雪定係食野都非常方便，巴士正在旁邊，價格合理！
