ホテル周りは美観地区も近く、店やコンビニもあり便利でした。
ホテルでの荷物預かりがなく、ロッカーを使用するにも500円～1000円必要。部屋は清潔で綺麗ですがペンやメモ帳、電話、クリーニング袋、館内案内などはありません。歯ブラシ、くし、お茶パックなどは来るとにチョイス。
困るほどではありませんでした。

Pros:

岡山に来るときは大体ここでお世話になっています。チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがなかったり(代わりにコインロッカー有)、延長はできなかったり、BS放送が映らなかったりと、サービスは必要最低限ですが、アメニティは必要なものを取っていけるし、コンビニも近くにあるし、駅までも歩ける距離で、何よりお安いので充分だと思っています。
今回はじめてデラックスツインに宿泊しました。広くてのびのびと過ごせて良かったです。朝食は利用せず、散歩がてら美観地区にパンを買いに行っています。歩いてすぐなので、空いている夜や早朝に美観地区の静かで幻想的な雰囲気を楽しめます。
スタッフの方は外国籍の方も多い印象ですが、みなさん日本語で丁寧に対応していただけます。

びっくりするくらい床や風呂場やリネンに髪の毛が落ちていて、清掃が行き届いてないなかった。

コインランドリーの洗濯乾燥機の数が少ないので前の人が終わるのを待っていましたが、私の前にも待っていた方がいて、何度も部屋と往復しました。予約システムや数を増やしてくださったらと思いました。ホテルとしては簡素ですが清潔でよかったです。
