Pros:

I felt like a king staying at the Hotel Mulberry. Everything went perfectly! Every day I got two liters of bottled water and they even took me to the airport for free.

Great staff and lovely hotel.
Pros:

All the staff were great they looked after us very well. Breakfast was extensive and varied. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool has a great view of Katmandu.

Best Thamel area hotel in Kathmandu
Pros:

Excellent location in Thamel area, next to lots of bars, pubs and restaurants, but enclosed off in a quiet alley area. Rooms were large and spacious, staff excellent. Has a nice rooftop pool and bar with excellent views of the skyscape and mountains in the distance. Provided free airport shuttle to and fro. Pretty much the best hotel experience you will get in Thamel area.

Cons:

More variety in daily buffet menus could be better. Better ventilation for bathrooms.

Exceptional.
Pros:

Hotel Mulberry is as good as it gets in hotels… It is a quality operation that I have no hesitation in recommending.

I would especially like to mention Ritwik from the front desk…he was exceptionally helpful and professional during my stay.

Pros:

This is the best hotel one could ever imagine after a challenging trek. A true oasis of relaxation.

The rooftop pool is pure magic — with a breathtaking view over the whole of Kathmandu. Swimming while looking at the city from above was an absolute delight.

Breakfasts here are incredibly delicious: absolutely everything you could wish for — fresh pastries, crispy bacon, fruits, various egg dishes made to order.

We stayed in an executive room, and it was amazing. Snow-white linens, everything needed for complete rest, and branded amenities. After check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift in the room — such a nice touch.

A huge thank you to the manager, Ritwik. He arranged our transfer to the airport and prepared great lunch boxes so we could have breakfast right at the airport. The service here is truly top-notch.

Thank you for such a warm welcome! We will gladly come back.

Pros:

Everyone at the hotel were helpful and friendly

A good hotel, but has cracks underneath the veneer.
Pros:

The room was large and clean, and had a good view.

Cons:

The bathroom had problems: the sink faucet was wobbly, the shower drain partially clogged (which caused the water to overrun), etc. The breakfast was so-so, and the cook didn't follow directions (we asked that the omelet not be spicy, but it came back spicy).

I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel again!
Pros:

Location was close to everything. Pool was cold, breakfast was average but acceptable. The people working there were awesome and very friendly. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning was in great working order.

Cons:

Not a huge deal but the pool was too cold to swim in. Other than that I would say all else was great.
