Pros:

駅近、静か、スタッフさんたち、にこやか、枕、部屋着、等も必要な人用に準備されていた。

Cons:

3時前に荷物だけ置き、戻った時に鍵だけ受け取った為か、アメニティなどが、1階に置かれていることの案内が無く、気付かなかった。後で気付いたのだけども…

素敵なホテルです
Pros:

嵐のラストコンサート参加のために利用しました。たぶんその日の利用客のほとんどが嵐ファンだったかと思います。玄関前には嵐ファンを歓迎する装飾があり、とても嬉しく思いました。
選べる枕のサービスがあったのも良かったです。室内着も薄すぎず厚すぎず、ちょうどでした。
モーニングブュッフェも利用しました。とても美味しかったです。スタッフの方もよく声が出てるし、よく目配りもされていて、よかったです。
あとバスタブにお湯を張るのに、すぐにお湯が出たのが素晴らしかった。お湯になるのを待つことなくお湯が出るのはうれしかった(北海道ではふつうなのですか？)シャワーの圧もちょうどでした。
JR琴似駅から、通路で外を通らずにホテルまで行けるのも良かったです。外はちょっと濡れてたり足元悪かったりするので助かりました。
フロントのスタッフの方も、道案内とか詳しくしてくださり、「優しいなぁ」と感じました。
気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

良くなかった点は特にないです。通常よりお値段が高かったのかな？とは思いますが、一応予算内だったのでOKです。

Non smokers do not stay here
Pros:

Staff were very nice and helpful

Cons:

I had Non smoking room. But the room stunk of cigarette smoke. Corridors stunk of cigarettes
smoke. Cigarette smoke was sleeping into my room from other rooms. Smell was very unpleasent
