Good value, friendly staff, and a convenient location.
Pros:

recently stayed there and had a pleasant experience overall. I arrived quite late, after midnight, and the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was given a room on one of the higher floors, which offered a great view.

The room itself was fairly average, but everything was very clean, especially the bed sheets and towels. Considering the price I paid, I felt it offered good value for money.

Breakfast was also average. There was a good variety of options available, although the food was not particularly memorable. However, the coffee was very good.

The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a couple of minutes from the hotel and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Overall, I would say this hotel offers good value for the price, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Cons:

We booked a triple room. The third bed was supposed to be the couch, but it was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs of the couch all over your body. There was no bedsheet for the couch and no third towel.
When we asked at the reception for a bedsheet and a third towel, the cleaning staff complained to the receptionist and said this could not be true. She insisted that there were bedsheets in the closet and even wanted to come to our room at 11 p.m. to prove it.
I explained that, because there were minors in the room and due to the late hour, I was not comfortable with this. I also said that I had already checked everywhere, including the closet, and there were no bedsheets.
After some waiting, the cleaning staff still came to our floor and tried again, together with another staff member, to enter the room and prove their point. I did not allow this, especially because of the late time.
It was very clear that the staff did not know how to handle the situation properly. Very unprofessional.

Sklamanie, vyhodene peniaze. Personal neochotny, v tomto hotely sa zastavil cas pred 20timi rokmi.

Poloha hotela pri parku, vyhlad z 13teho poschodia izby, dobre postele.

Cons:

Hotel nam neposkytol detsku postielku, lebo upratovcka zamkla sklad a odisla domov aj s klucami, kde mali detske postielky. Recepcia mi pri tom pred tym ako som izbu rezervovala tvrdila, ze detsku postielku nam daju, ze to nebude problem. V restauracii nemali ZIADNE detske stolicky na krmenie. Tento hotel deti nepovazuje za sucast spolocnosti, absolutne s nimi nepocita, pritom nema napisane, ze je to hotel iba pre dospelych. Este nikde som sa nestretla s tym, ze nam na izbu nedali detsku postielku, alebo ze by niektory hotel nemal v restauraciu stolicky pre deti. Nikdy viac neprideme.
