El encanto del lugar. Buenos desayunos y habitación muy acogedora

Pese a que nuestra habitación era muy cómoda, no tenía balcón ni cama doble como habíamos pedido. Al reclamar se nos dijo que no se nos daba esta opción al haber reservado con Booking. También era algo más barato el hacer la reserva por el hotel. Entiendo que las condiciones deberían ser las mismas y Booking debería reclamar a los hoteles cuando estas no se cumplen.

Pros:

A last minute find for the night and it was superb. The place is lovely, lovely grounds, great for the dog, staff friendly, breakfast good and an excellent restaurant on site.

Cons:

Only complaint was a bigger bed but thats a minor point

Muy agradable
Pros:

La decoración del hotel es muy cálida y bonita, genera sensaciones muy agradables. El exterior verde con árboles y fuente también hace que se descanse muy a gusto. El desayuno muy rico y variado.

Cons:

El pueblo en sí, pero tampoco le dedicamos tiempo a explorarlo ya que fuimos en concreto a ver la Fábrica Real.

No cambio de fechas. Del sábado al domingo por imposibilidad llegar a tiempo en avión. Respuesta no cambio sin declarar motivación.
En reserva se instó a cana de matrimonio. Y la habitación disponía de dos camas individuales

Recomendable y para repetir, pero con mejoras
Pros:

Me gustó el entorno, es muy bonito y relajante. El desayuno muy completo, los croissants riquísimos y una camarera que hay con el pelo rojo súper simpática y maja.

Cons:

Que los camareros abrieran la puerta de fuera en el desayuno, con el frío del invierno, anclándola para que no la cerrásemos los clientes. Entiendo que fuera para ventilar, pero es invierno, es desagradable. Y también que no anunciaran en booking que el Spa está en reforma y no se puede utilizar. En nuestra habitación las almohadas no eran cómodas y la clavija de la luz en un lado de la cama, estaba estropeada. En la ducha también se nos cayó el soporte del jabón.Es como que hay poco mantenimiento.
