Pros:

Instalaciones son muy bonitas y muy cuidados.

Cons:

Había mucho ruido en las habitaciones de noche. La gente hablaba a voces y se llamó varias veces a recepción y sin pocos resultados...
Tampoco se atiende a las peticiones de cama grande única. Se ponen dos juntas para la pareja.

Colchones y almohadas a estudio .
Pros:

Los alrededores y el silencio.

Cons:

Los colchones y las almohadas !! Madre mía! Qué noche !! Podrían pensar en cambiar almohadas porque eran insufribles una por altísima y otra por bajísima ,el colchón muy duro . El desayuno perfectísimo no hay ni un pero, el personal todos muy amables .

Súper limpio y la posibilidad de ir con mascotas el trato de todos los empleados fue excelente

Cons:

No creo que sea problema del alojamiento, si no de los vecinos de habitación se escuchaba todo y se hizo difícil descansar.

Llevamos mucho tiempo acudiendo a este hotel para alguna escapada en pareja. Las instalaciones son impresionantes y la limpieza un 10. Nos gusta el entorno y la cercania a La Granja.

Cons:

Una de las razones por elegir este hotel ha sido siempre su spa. Lamentablemente está cerrado por reformas y no parece que se vaya a reabrir. Lamentamos también que no haya alternativas vegetarianas para cenar (salvo la ensalada mixta de toda la vida) y poquisimo esmero en el desayuno. Para un hotel de 4 estrellas se puede esperar mayor variedad de pan, que la bollería no sea del Mercadona, y, en general, que los alimentos tengan mayor calidad incluyendo el café, la fruta, las mermeladas (monodosis en plástico), el queso, etc.
