Hotel Euro-Asia

Good location, just a few minutes away from the attractions of the Old City, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and lobby. On the downside, there was two blackouts and at some point there was no water. I guess this doesn’t happen often.

Everything was amazing. Perfect service: very helpful staff. Breakfast very good buffet style. Only bathroom door are clearly visible through the glass window in it so very uncomfortable when you travel with friends. I need to say that everything was perfect but I just would never book it again because of that bathroom doors.

値段を考えれば、普通かもしれません。でも、壁が薄く隣で大声を上げると聞こえてくる。タオルが、だいぶくたびれている。アメニティは充実していない、WiFiは、特に夜、つながりが悪いなど、改善していただきたいと思います。また、領収書も最初発行していただけませんでした。スタッフはそれなりに親切なのですが、もう少し接客に関して、黄を使っていただけるとありがたいです。

・内装も部屋もとてもきれいでした
・朝ごはんがパンと揚げ物とパンと…同じようなものばかりでした。
・ウルゲンチ空港からの送迎について問い合わせると$15と言われ、高いのでいらないと言ったら$12になりました。こういうことされるともう信用ができないので、自分で空港で交渉しました。($10でホテル前まで送ってもらえました)
・スタッフが案内してあげる、と言ってきたのでお言葉に甘えたのですが、正直自分のペースで回れば良かったと後悔しています。のんびり周られてしまい、計画を立ててきていたのに自分の行きたいところに行けずに終わってしまいました。1度別れたのでその後はのびのび観光できると思っていたのに、何故かまた会ってしまいその後も勝手に着いて来られ、お土産も見たかったのに遠慮してしまい見れませんでした。
・同じスタッフですが、電話番号を聞かれめちゃくちゃSMSを送ってこられました。通信が止まるからやめてと言ったのに平気で送ってくるのでブロックしました。

Great value for money at Euro Asia. The staff is great and speaks well English and always happy to help. The room was clean and spacious, with AC and good functioning WiFi. It is located in IchanQala which is very convenient.

Would recommend for 1-2 nights.

Ideale Lage innerhalb der Mauern der Altstadt. Nettes Hotel mit schönem Zimmer, neuem ,sauberm Badezimmer.Günstiger Preis für ei Hotel mitten in der berühmten Altstadt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

内城にあり、タクシーも横付け可。
スタッフが親切でフレキシブルに対応してくれる。
深いバスタブも、嬉しい。
冷蔵庫があれば、さらに良い。

Great hotel great staff, it was winter and freezing temps most areas a little chilly but room was fine. Nice breakfast served by a really nice young man who could not have bern more helpful

イチャン・カラ近くにあり立地は最高。館内は清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごせる。シャワーの温度・水量も問題なく、湯船にお湯を溜めてお風呂として使えたのも嬉しい。何よりスタッフがとても親切で、困っていることを親身になって解決してくれたことが一番ありがたいことだった。本当に素晴らしいホテルである。

スタッフの対応が親切。
早朝フライトでしたが、タクシーの手配をしてくれたり、朝食も用意してくれました。
チップを置いても持っていかないのは地域柄ですかね。。。

3ベッドルームに家族で宿泊しました。部屋は広くて良かったのですが、ちょっと布団が埃っぽいかも･･･。水周りは清潔でした。

滞在中朝に停電があり水道も使えなかったのですが、ホテルの自家発電ですぐに水道だけは復旧しました。食堂は地下でしたが、蝋燭の灯りで無事取ることが出来ました。

It would be tough to beat this location without paying much more for one of the balconies overlooking the city. We only had a small amount of time to see Khiva, as there was an unusual dust storm the day we arrived. I had walked through the city that day, but I wanted the get some blue-sky pictures the next morning when the dust had cleared. I was able to do a quick loop through all of the main sights of Khiva and snap pictures in just the 15 minutes before our cab arrived. That's how good the location is.

The rooms were definitely Uzbek and not American decorative taste, but were clean and well maintained and worked out great. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice inexpensive and convenient stay.

이찬칼라 내에 위치하여 명소에 접근하기 쉬웠으며 조용하고 아늑한 분위기 였음,, 조식은 별로였고, 호텔-공항간 셔틀서비스를 신청하여 도움 받을수 있네요

新しいホテルで全体的に綺麗。設備が少な過ぎる。ケトルや歯ブラシがない。ヒヴァの城壁内でそこそこアクセスがいい。内装がかなりオシャレで女性向け。
