we arrived in Mumbai at 3am and we were able to check in easily at that late hour. Staff were friendly and cooperative ... prefect for budget travellers, the rooms are clean and comfortable after a long time in transit.

I visited this hotel when I was visiting a client in Mumbai, the hotel rooms are comfortable,clean and spacious. The hygiene is also well maintained, the staff is helpful and courteous. Overall I had a great stay here.

Hotel location is amazing with a quiet ambience makes you feel relax and calm. The trip was good with all the safety protocols being followed at the time of Covid. Regular room sanitization is being done. Foods are hygienic and staffs are cooperative.

Person who sit on reception is arrogant. he is always busy in watching mobile clips and whenever you asked anything to him he thinks you are disturbing him. Even these people are not ready to change towel. Room are tiny and ends when you enter in the room. only positive thing is room and toilet are clean. location is also good very near to Dadar East railway station.

This hotel appears generally clean however the negative experience was dealing with bedbugs . By the time we reached the airport to fly home my son was itching every where. His body was covered with bites. If the hotel takes care of this this would be a good budget place for 2-3 days. The toilets were clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. There is a restaurant but we chose to eat elsewhere..

Rooms are very small. Staff service is good. There are 2 administrators. One has day shift and other has night shift. The administrator coming in night shift was really co-operative but the administrator in day and noon shift was rude. Overall other staff was really co-operative.

I have cleanliness issue and bed bugs in the room, mold in the bathroom. problem with check in due my booking was not found and very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist. The pictures shown are totally deceiving

Located within easy walking distance of Dadar train station, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and allowed me to cool some drinks in their fridge. The room was clean, airy and comfortable. thanks also for letting me check out very early in the morning for my onward train. I would stay here again if travelling to Mumbai. As a tourist, I was able to walk the whole of South Mumbai from this hotel (although I do like walking!) It's easy to get the local trains to places and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel initially didn't want to honor my booking for no discernible reason whatsoever. I had to fight with them for half an hour to get my booked dormitory bed. The hotel reception and service staff are the worst they can be, utterly CRAP. They will insult you to your face and not have the decency of looking at you when talking to them. When they finally agreed to give me my booking I was handed off to three different people. Please know the booking had promised WiFi and showering facilities as I booked a dormitory bed. I didn't expect internet as I have stayed in upscale hotels that had problems with WiFi but how can you not have a showering facility and LIE about it. My booking was for 5 days and I guess they didn't want me to shower for that period. I declined to stay for this reason and then they started arguing about me having to pay a penalty for cancelling my stay. I was literally flabbergasted. I know this is a cheap stay option and I didn't have high expectations but the service here is at a criminal level and they don't want people showering. Also, extremely hard to find and the elevator not accessible to the general public. I got lost the first time there and could only find it after asking around the area and suddenly a boy appeared out of nowhere to take me up. Don't stay here!

Near to dadar station and shivneri bus stand. Staff are very cooperative. i checked in mid night 12 o'clock. they arranged food for my family. rooms are medium in size but its neat and clean. little bit expensive for my budget but in dadar its OK.

Nice place value for money.

I booked the hotel online, it's very near from dadar station. You can find taxis everywhere. They can provide you halal food. Rooms were clean. It's would be better if they could replace the old creepy lift. Sometimes it feels like horror movie when you enter that old lift.
