Pros:

Hotel war direkt in der Stadt. Man ist quasi mit dem Auto in die Sehenswürdigkeit reingefahren (Parken war kein Problem), Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden auch sehr sauber gehalten. Zimmer war gemütlich, Hotel verfügt auch über einen kleinen quasi Supermarkt für Getränke, wo man jederzeit sich was holen kann.

Cons:

Frühstück ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Winzige Auswahl, Obst ausgetrocknet, Pfannenkuchen ohne Marmelade, für einen "guten" Kaffee soll man extra zahlen. Beim Hotel bin ich wirklich zufrieden, aber das Frühstück muss komplett überarbeitet werden. Daher liegt das Hotel "nur" bei einer Bewertung von 9.

Pros:

What a great find. Can’t beat the location. The property is modern, yet holds to Khiva’s aesthetic. The room was bright, large and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and featured variety. The real reason to book a stay at Arkanchi is the staff. Each person was polite, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in ensuring a positive experience.

Стоимость отеля продиктована его отличной локацией. Цена номера "люкс" не соответствует наполнению.
Pros:

Локация отеля очень удачная, в самом центре Хивы, внутри крепости Ичан Кала. Персонал отзывчивый, выполнили заселение в номер раньше времени заезда. Хороший и разнообразный завтрак, представленный как местной, так и европейской кухней. Полотенца и постельное белье свежие, новые, чистые. Не так давно был выполнен ремонт номеров, фотографии на этом сайте показывают номера в их предыдущем состоянии. WiFi работает хорошо по всей территории гостиницы. Есть возможность взять велосипеды напрокат.

Cons:

Заселялись в номер категории "люкс" по цене, сопоставимой со стоимостью хороших сетевых отелей Ташкента. Фактически пользовались только одной из двух комнат, т.к. в первой из мебели только диван, телевизор и тумба у входной двери. В ванной комнате на стене есть гель для душа и шампунь, посредственного качества, одноразовые гигиенические принадлежности или твердое мыло отсутствовали. В спальне на двухместной кровати было одно одеяло, разложенное поперек. Пришлось ночью просить второе одеяло, но оно было детского размера. В комнатах дефицит розеток - по одной с каждой стороны кровати в спальне, и одна в первой комнате. В номере есть чайник и комплиментарные чай, кофе и вода, но нет розетки, куда включается этот чайник. Также есть кофе-машина, но на двухместное размещение была выдана одна капсула, запрос второй был проигнорирован. В комнате есть телефон, но он не работает, нет инструкции по связи с ресепшен. По каждому вопросу требовалось личное посещение ресепшен.

Pros:

The location is more than perfect: inside the walled city, overlooking the minarets and domes. Modern structure, spacious rooms. Very attentive staff, assisting with transfers.

Cons:

There seems to be a renovation or remodeling underway, which might explain the strong smell of paint in the room. It's quite bothersome, and there wasn't much that could be done about it.

Excellent Location, Amazing Stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, with close access to all major attractions. The beautiful rooftop of the hotel can view the entire Khiva Old Town. There is a lot of choices for the breakfast. The front staffs are incredibly kind and helpful for us.

Cons:

As our room is on the ground floor, it does get slightly noisy at night if you are looking to sleep early.

Pros:

Amazing staff - the spa service was great - the hotel provided driver to the border professional. I enjoyed the hotel alot. make sure you go on the terrace. Breakfast was great with a packed lunch for an early start
