All our expectations were met. Thank you Arkanchi Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

What is there not to like? A huge room, a very cooperative staff, lovely location and fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

On or last day, when we were leaving, the number of guests had come down drastically. So the breakfast spread was also drastically reduced. That was disappointing.

ヒヴァの滞在をとても快適にしてくれた。
Pros:

昼前に着いたが、すぐに無料でアーリーチェックインをさせてくれた。イチャンカラ中にあり観光にとても便利。昼間はとても暑いので、少し出歩いたらHotelの部屋に戻り、休んでからまた観光再開と言うパターンはとても楽ちん。

Cons:

昼間はとても暑いので、冷房はもっとガンガン効いて欲しかった。まぁ許容範囲だけど。朝食付きだったけど、まぁ合格と言うレベルなので、あまり期待しないほうが良い。

A top notch hotel with touch of family care
Pros:

The hospitality was beyond expectation. My wife slipped and had to be hospitalized. The hotel staff helped like a close family member. They even spent money on medicine, brought her back from hospital and also dropped to train station in their personal car. And also the hotel room, cleanliness, breakfast every thing is excellent.

Pros:

What a great find. Can’t beat the location. The property is modern, yet holds to Khiva’s aesthetic. The room was bright, large and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and featured variety. The real reason to book a stay at Arkanchi is the staff. Each person was polite, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in ensuring a positive experience.

Pros:

Hotel war direkt in der Stadt. Man ist quasi mit dem Auto in die Sehenswürdigkeit reingefahren (Parken war kein Problem), Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden auch sehr sauber gehalten. Zimmer war gemütlich, Hotel verfügt auch über einen kleinen quasi Supermarkt für Getränke, wo man jederzeit sich was holen kann.

Cons:

Frühstück ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Winzige Auswahl, Obst ausgetrocknet, Pfannenkuchen ohne Marmelade, für einen "guten" Kaffee soll man extra zahlen. Beim Hotel bin ich wirklich zufrieden, aber das Frühstück muss komplett überarbeitet werden. Daher liegt das Hotel "nur" bei einer Bewertung von 9.
