100% Empfehlung, das beste Hotel unserer Reise.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage mitten in der Altstadt und einer großartigen Terrasse mit Ausblick auf alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das war insbesondere für den Sonnenuntergang und am Abend ideal.
Das Zimmer war wirklich großartig, sehr sauber und das Personal sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten früh einchecken, später auschecken, wurden bei der Bar eingeladen, mit einem Lunchpaket versorgt und per Transfer zum Flughafen gebracht.

Super séjour
Pros:

Une excellente étape au cœur de la vieille ville de Khiva. L'emplacement est parfait pour explorer les environs, et la chambre était impeccable, très propre et particulièrement confortable. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et pour l'attention apportée à mon départ matinal avec ce petit-déjeuner à emporter très pratique. Tout était réuni pour passer un super séjour, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain passage.

The hotel is in the very center of the old town, everything is just few steps away. The rooms are big and very comfortable, breakfast is very good and abundant and the staff is very friendly and helpful, can't really image any better hotel!

​Raccomandiamo caldamente questa struttura prima di tutto per la sua location strategica, ideale per girare la città in totale comodità. Una citazione di merito va indiscutibilmente allo staff, straordinariamente premuroso e pronto ad assistere gli ospiti per ogni necessità.
​La sistemazione si è presentata pulita, ottimamente isolata dai rumori e fornita di un impianto di climatizzazione. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare i letti comodi, eccellenti per recuperare le energie a fine giornata.
​Promossa anche la prima colazione, decisamente piacevole se fatta sulla terrazza, con vista magnifica.
​Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato fantastico: un'opzione che suggerisco a occhi chiusi e dove rialloggeremo senza esitazione!

Great hotel, probably even better in the high season.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the old town of Khiva, all sights within walking distance. Loved the water taps all over the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and complete.

Cons:

Photo's of the hotel are a little bit edited/warmed. We visited in the low season and the hotel doesn't have a lot of buzz as opposed to the vibe that is communicated through the photo's. F.e. the rooftop terrace wasn't opened/alive.
