Quiet, cosy oasis for tired travellers.
Pros:

After very long travel, lost luggage, arriving late at night at Le Biblo was like reaching an oasis. Such a cosy and comfortable place to recuperate and recover from jetlag. Huge and comfy bed, gorgeous hot shower, generous and lovely breakfast. Location is excellent, 10 mins walk into centre of Carrasco and/or the beach. The staff were friendly and lovely, if a little forgetful at times!

que lastima que forman bien al personal y no supervisan su aspecto.

El edificio es precioso, la habitación era buena pero el sistema de aire acondicionado no es saludable

Cons:

El servicio, al personal había que ir a buscarlo, no estaba generalmente,. Al llegar, pedimos una caja fuerte y nos dijeron que la traían y nadie la trajo. Volvimos a pedirla y trajeron de otra habitación, una caja que quedó suelta (sin amurar dentro de un placar), no era segura.

Dijeron que en el placard había una estufa, pero no había nada.

Es como si el personal estuviera sin supervisión, en la mesa del desayuno faltaban alimentos y nadie aparecía a reponer. Las jarras de lecha agua y café no sabías cual era cual, el personal estaba vestido con ropa manchada, uñas y cabellos desprolijos, incluso los que manipulaban alimentos. Fui a la cocina a pedir unos huevos revueltos y se molestaron porque fuimos a buscarlos.
Del comedor se sentía al personal conversar, pero no aparecían a traer los alimentos.
En el segundo desayuno sí apareció alguien a ofrecer otras cosas, era una empleada diferente.
La persona que nos hizo el check-out nos dijo que no sabía facturarnos.

En fin, un edificio precioso, un precio medio-alto, pero el servicio no estuvo a la altura.

Nao ficaria novamente. Uma pena pois a localizacao eh otima e a casa mt bonita.
Pros:

Gostei da localização, do banho embora o banheiro ficasse encharcado e da cama, embroa nao estivesse montada com edredom nem cobertor em pleo inverno.

Cons:

Nao gostei do atendimento - seco e frio. Nao gostei do serviço de limpeza do quarto, nao tinha nem agua no quarto, copos ficaram sujos de um dia para o outro, nao montaram a cama com edredom. quarto com cheiro de mofo, varias lampadas queimadas. cafe da manha medio.
