Manager was good at the time of checkin
It was near where I needed to go. The security and bell hop men were nice and helpful.
The front desk woke me up twice even after I requested not to be disturbed and I had jet lag and I mentioned this twice before. I got an apology from other staff members but nothing was done to make up for this.

dumb staff, i waited atleast 45 mins only for book the room.
Room cattle is not working and that changed after 1hr when i called them 5 times. Front staff is so dumb. he dont know about tarrif and all

The AC was not working for two days , when I complained at night 3 AM nobody attended. I paid 10,000 INR for one night , not worth for what i spend
