Curto benefício para uma noite é excelente.

As instalações estão antigas e sem manutenção.
Vazamento de água na privada, roupa de cama estava suja e ao contrário.
No café da manhã não havia recolhimento das pessoas que estavam antes tomando café, deixando a mesa suja.

Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Der Kühlschrank war zu laut (ich habe ihn ausgesteckt).
Die Wände sind dünn; man hört vom Bett aus das Nachbarzimmer.

Vc encontra melhores opçoes com o mesmo valor de diaria.
Pros:

Deixam 1 copo de agua de boas vindas para cada ocupante do quarto. Portaria 24 horas.

Cons:

Localização bem distante do centro de agitação, de restaurantes e da passarela do descobrimento ( passarela do alcool). Quartos sao antigos e nao possuem tomadas proximas as camas. Necessita urgentemente de reforma e pintura em todos os ambientes ( nao condiz com as fotos ). Estacionamento na rua em frente a portaria, com pouquissimas vagas. As toalhas de banho sao velhas e encardidas. Cafe da manha basico.

Café da manhã ( sempre o mesmo, não troca decorrente dos dias )
Obs: escada do refeitório caindo e não estava isolado, podendo causar acidente.
Acomodação ( colchão rasgado, problema entupido da rede de esgoto, não é chuveiro e sim uma ducha, queimou a resistência duas vezes. Vazamento no telhado e infiltração nas paredes, falando que aconteceu nas 3 acomodações reservadas.

Pros:

Opção simples mas justa para quem busca comodidade para uma só noite em Porto Seguro. O café é bom, os quartos amplos e o atendimento muito bom.

Cons:

Precisa de reformas tanto nos quartos quanto nos banheiros. Mesmo limpo não passa essa impressão.
