El hotel en di es muy grande, la decoración muy bonita y las instalaciones en sí muy bien conservadas y limpias .
El personal , en recepción muy poco empaticos , amables y colaboradores, no nos dieron ni la bienvenida.
No me ayudaron con el problema que presentaba para descargar la app para cargar el coche eléctrico , desde nuestra experiencia fue muy violento el modo de cobrar por adelantado el parking , sin darnos la oportunidad de dejar la cuenta abierta para seguir utilizando las instalaciones y servicios del hotel .
Las expectativas que teníamos nos las acabaron , la verdad .
Y eso que apenas iniciaban turno y no habían apenas personas para atender .
