Modernes, sauberes Hotel, sehr Nahe vom Bahnhof und Zentrum gelegen mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es gibt keine PET-Flaschen, sondern Wassersäule. Aber leider keine Flaschen und oft zu wenig Gläser, so dass wieder Plastikbecher zum Einsatz kommen… die Nachhaltigkeit ist nicht durchdacht.

Cons:

Ich habe eine Fehlbuchung gemacht und bei der zweiten Buchung keinen Rabatt erhalten. Das finde ich kleinlich, da ich sieben Zimmer reserviert habe.
