Het slechtste hotel van ons verblijf in Kroatie

Cons:

Locatie is een half uur rijden van Split. Maar ok, was te doen. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht en balkon geboekt. Balkon was totaal ingesloten door 3 muren, het uitzicht was vreselijk. We zagen op de muur van een hoger gelegen parking, in de verte was een top van een berg te zien. De kamer was niet heel netjes, vlekken op de tapis plain. Dus geen aanrader. Het ontbijt: alles was aanwezig, maar was niet appetijtelijk, dit alles in een trieste zaal ...

Pros:

Bel hôtel. Belle chambre donnant sur la piscine et le jardin.
Le dîner très bien. Bon choix sur la carte et savoureux Merci a Jacob et son collègue pour leur gentillesse

Cons:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur d' un 4 étoiles. Pas assez de diversité et pas de personnel présent

séjour agréable mais il faut aimer les vieilles pierres...
Pros:

A ma demande et d'abord refusé puis accordé un surclassement chambre standard vue parking par une chambre standard vue ville de Split.
La carte du restaurant en 1/2 pension est correcte et variée

Cons:

Problème de communication : seul un serveur au restaurant parle quelques mots de français.
Menu de la 1/2 pension : les déserts ne proposaient que des gâteaux et pour avoir un fruit en remplacement, cela a été compliqué mais accordé un soir, après beaucoup d'insistance.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location.

Cons:

The indoor pool was under renovation, so we were unfortunately unable to use it, and it was too cold for the outdoor pool during our stay.

Pros:

Boravile smo u ovom hotelu 2 puta, prvi puta sve bilo super. Zato smo se drugi puta i vratile. Ovog puta su neki djelatnici bili malo zbunjeni, ljubazniji su bili Filipinci. Na recepciji ista priča “dali smo vam bolju sobu od rezervirane za isti iznos novca”, a ista soba oba puta i ništa bolja i drugačija od sobe sa slike koju smo rezervirale. Dat ćemo im i treću šansu prvom prilikom. Pozdrav Filipincu Josipu iz restorana!
