Schnell von der Autobahn erreichbar, unkomplizierte Atmosphäre, gutes Frühstück, lange Frühstückszeiten am Wochenende, auch kostenloses Parken in Hotelnähe möglich

Ok. Personal in anderen loginn Hotels weit aus freundlicher. Bis auf die Frau an der Bar die war nett.

Zimmer ok und sauber

Cons:

Hatte für 3 gebucht und Zimmer war trotz spätem checkin nicht vorbereitet für 3. fehlte das Zusatzbett. Mitarbeiterin war schon angenervt von mir da ich es sofort erledigt haben wollte nach 5 Stunden Anreise und nicht im laufe des Abends.
Kenne ich so nicht aus meinen Hotelaufenthalten.

Frühstück war in Ordnung aber nicht wie angepriesen, außergewöhnliche.

Cons:

Preis Leistungsverhältnis passte überhaupt nicht. Zimmer für über 100 Euro die Nacht, ist es nicht wert!

Frukost var helt ok.

Cons:

Tvingades byta rum 2 ggr eftersom AC i rum inte fungerade, mindre proffsigt bemötande från personal. Städning var långt ifrån ok, skräp synligt på golv vid ankomst. Dessutom krånglade bommen från parkering vid avfärd, display slocknade helt. Inget ställe vi kommer att återvända till.

Komunikace na velmi nízké úrovni
Cons:

Hotel bohužel vůbec nekomunikoval. Na zaslané zprávy nikdo nereagoval a nebylo možné se dovolat na recepci. V případě jakéhokoli problému nebo dotazu nebylo možné získat pomoc ani informace, což velmi negativně ovlivnilo celý pobyt.Při příští návštěvě zvolíme jiné ubytování.

Das Hotel war voll ausgebucht und die Kapazitäten zum Frühstück nicht ausreichend.
