Die Lage zur Messegelände war super. Für unseren Besuch auf der Buchmesse war die Lage ideal.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit auf dem Zimmer sich Wasser oder Tee zuzubereiten. Es gab einen Wasserkocher aber keine Becher oder Teebeutel. Das fand ich sehr schade.

Lage und Zimmer gut.

Cons:

Das Personal, 3 Leute für Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant insgesamt. Keine Fachleute. Es war viel zu viel für sie. Teilweise Wartezeit von 1 Stunde auf ein Bier.

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, dafür gibt es Parkplätze ohne Ende. Klasse!

Für unseren Besuch auf der Messe genau das richtige Hotel, vielen Dank!
Pros:

Wir trafen auf ein aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und am nächsten Morgen nach erholsamen Schlaf auf guten Matratzen erwartete uns ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind untereinander offensichtlich etwas hellhörig, nach außen hin ist der Schallschutz aber sehr gut. Auf den Zimmern fehlte es an kleinen Dingen wie z.B. Teebeutel für den Wasserkocher, wurde auf Nachfrage aber sofort nachgereicht. Nach Info des freundlichen Mitarbeiters ist man derzeit dabei diesbezüglich auch das Angebot auf den Zimmern zu verbessern.
