Muy mal, ya que debido al temporal DANA no pude ir por todos los accesos cortados, a pesar de esta fuerza mayor y la declaración de zona catastrófica reclame la devolución de las dos noches con la total negativa del hotel

Confortable, pratique pour se garer, par contre l’environnemet n’est pas top, une odeur horrible autour de l’hôtel !

El spa incluido en el precio, está mut bien para poder relajarse un rato. Aunque no lo usé el hecho de que disponga en la habitación de un reproductor DVD es un punto mas a favor.
El precio del desayuno tipo Bufet estaba más que correcto.

Espejo del baño sin limpiar, la habitacion apestaba a tabaco cuando era de no fumadores, las mantas de cama quemadas de cigarrillo y la solucion del hotel fue apestar la habitacion con ambientador.
Mal olor en los desaguaces del baño. Coindicimos con averia de tuberias en el lobby y recepcion por lo que estaba todo lleno de agua donde no se podia ni andar.
Ya que los horarios de comida y bebida son limitados y nada cerca para comprar podrian disponer de minibar en las habitaciones.
Lo mejor, el spa.

It was a one night stay/pit stop on our way to Gibraltar and Sevilla. Decent hotel, breakfast was nice (extra 7euros). Nothing around it... area was more like a truck stop but since we had a car we were able to go into town (2-3 km) for drinks and dinner. Staff friendly. It was also nice that it had an indoor hot tub but note: you need hair cap and flip flops to enter area.

Location suited us. Just off the motorway on an industrial estate. Strange blend of luxurious and cheapskate. Nice gym and spa. Outside pool. But a hole where the fridge used to be - no fridge; and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I expect in a Spanish 3 star hotel.

Restaurant food wasn't very good and it opens to late

El hotel en si está muy bien. La cosa es que no estaba muy limpio, le falta cuidado. El agua del jacuzzi fría. Pero por lo demás, calidad-precio bastante bien, ya que se trata de un hotel moderno y con poco tiempo. El personal muy agradable, repetiremos.

Buen hotel, todo correcto, las instalaciones muy bien

Es muy cómodo, fácil llegar habitaciones grandes cama muy cómoda. Solo han sido tres días pero volveré a repetir

Arrived at hotel, looked good from outside, questionable location next to a truck park on industrial estate.
Check in ok.
Room good size and good view over the lorry park ....... lots of hairs on the floor and in the shower, not sure how well it was cleaned. Safe was locked open so unable to stow valuables, this took hotel 3 days to sort!
32c outside, lovely pool, very tempting ....... but closed for no reasons given
Lovely garden, very inviting ........ but closed for no reasons given.
This hotel looks like it is being closed down, no mention on website of access closures to pools and garden, very disappointing.
On High the breakfast was good value, until the fresh orange machine broke on day 2, still not fixed at day 5.
No bar just a few beers in a fridge.
Mostly seems to be a stop off for truckers.

Limited pool hours,4.30 pm to 8.00 pm. No fridge in room, No drawers in room. No bar, located in back of nowhere in industrial estate. No real facilities. Room access card continually malfunctioning.
No basin plug.
Air conditioning barely sufficient. Could only purchase meals for cash, could not be added to room bill. Crazy golf barely usable if you wanted to and very basic anyway, located across the road. Bowling Alkey not open Monday to Friday if stay.
Overall, very unsatisfactory although staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Reception not helpful. One and a half hours checking in, receptionist couldn't find our booking and was just not going to give us a room even though I had my voucher, in the end I made him call hotels.com and he was not really happy about doing so. We stayed for a Sunday evening and were unaware that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings and hotel is a fair distance from the town to find somewhere to eat.
