The owner was delightful - looked after us and arranged early breakfasts when we had to depart early on day trips. The location was just a few minutes walk from the busy town centre, though quiet enough to get a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Nice little hotel adjacent to town center, steps away from the lakeside. Room was correct and clean. Tasty breakfast prepared to order. Secure parking on site. Particularly liked the welcoming attitude of the employees, also supporting me with advise about hiking trails in the region

What an excellent find, Marcelo and his lovely Team look after you so much. He arranged our transfers and the Team delivered a great breakfast, our lack of the Spanish language was easily overcome a bit of Google, which they were all happy with.
Room was great, plenty of space with a balcony.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The General Manager, Marcello, and Assistant Manager, Carolina, were extremely accommodating and hospitable. When on the first night we realized our second floor room was noisy from street traffic, Marcello had no problem moving us to a quiet room in the back. Perfect! On our last night, and after we successfully summited Villarrica volcano, Marcello and Carolina invited us for martinis at the bar. We chatted for a long time and had a great time as a rain storm rolled thru knocking out the power intermittently. It was fun and interesting to socialize with them. Be sure to ask Marcello for restaurant recommendations. He does not explicitly recommend one over another but listens carefully to your culinary preferences and gives you several options. We will never forget out time at Cocorantu, not just because of our climb at Villarrica, but also for the time spent with Marcello and Carolina. Perfect place and perfect people!
