Lovely accommodation and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Loved that it was near the Trafford centre, easy to get to by tram from Piccadilly station and near a Macdonalds .

Cons:

I would say the breakfast layout of availability of tables in the morning could be organised more but good and staff very hospitable and very helpful.

Pros:

Great location, close to Trafford centre, Asda & petrol station, cleanliness of room (except shower) , ample parking , temperature control.

Cons:

There was some else’s poop in the shower close to the drain, and housekeeping threw away my glass food container , informed reception about it and was informed they would enquire about it for me but did not get any calls or messages.

Poor breakfast, undercooked sausages, cold in middle, made me sick.
Poor experience.

Filthy room
Cons:

Floor was absolutely filthy, looked like a dog had pooed on our floor. Curtains were filthy. It's a joke that they let people purchase floors in such a bad state

Hotel was lovely apart from couple of things
Pros:

Location was good and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly and Helpful

Cons:

The beds was uncomfortable and the pillows was too soft so didn’t get great night sleep we also had to wait an extra half an hour as our room wasn’t ready for 2pm ended up giving us another room wasn’t happy as we wanted to freshen up and get ready as we was going to a concert so did delay us but the hotel is lovely clean and staff very helpful just need to work on few things to make it better great location tho
