Quiet and convenient
Staff were nice breakfast was good id stay again but the bed was like a rock hey ho and there was a massive tea or coffee stain on the carpet right next to the bed was a bit rough
The carpet
The hotel was bright and airy and perfectly situated for us to visit The Trafford Centre and the BEC Arena for an event. The staff at reception were really friendly. The breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely.
It wasn't a 'didn't like' but just a mention - we were able to check in early, which meant our room had a double bed rather than the requested twin. I was travelling with my daughter, so it wasn't an issue (although she might not agree!)
Location, cleanliness, rooms, food and staff were amazing. Also had parking.

I was in manchester attending an event at the BEC and this hotel was 5 minutes away from the location, really easy to get to by uber. Hotel is also in walking distance to the Trafford Shoppkng Centre. Hotel was lovely, comfy beds, breakfast was included with our stay and there were a range of hot and cold food to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
Tidy, well decorated, decent sized rooms and right in the centre of where we needed to be.
My duvet was slightly stained by something brown near the top. Other than that, room was very clean.
Location was excellent minutes from Trafford centre walking. The place was spotless, staff were so friendly! Highly recommended we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Good location. Great staff. Clean tidy, good breakfast. Very helpful.
Coat hooks were loose on the wall. Shower door didn’t close properly. Reported to maintenance before we left.
Breakfast was adequate
Room only had one towel and cup even though we booked for two
Housekeeping then brought extra twice, second time just before we checked out ( while we had do not disturb on the door 😳)
