The usb charger next to the sofa bed didn’t work, the remote control do the tv also didn’t work and there were three guests in the room but only two mugs

Mildly disappointing stay
Pros:

Very close to Trafford centre, McDonald's right outside. Very convenient.

Cons:

Woken up multiple times by staff who got checkout time wrong. Bed was uncomfortable.

greta hotel would highly recommend and I would stay again on our next trip.
Pros:

the room was a great size for a family of three , very clean and spacious . we didn't have a remote control for the television and the staff brought one up within minutes. they were very accommodating . we also went into the town the following day and the hotel allowed us to our car there without any additional charges. small gestures really do go along way. Thank you

Cons:

the only thing that could have been better was the breakfast , it was fine for adults but there wasn't a huge selection for children and the trays were often empty so you were waiting around but that's being picky.

Convenient location, get breakfast elsewhere!
Pros:

Comfortable beds and nice en-suite

Cons:

Crammed rooms, broken lift, breakfast was a joke considering the hotel was full - no plates, no glasses, limited food, massive queues, seating area was dirty and being cleaned by guests as there were insufficient staff.

Would happily stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, buffet with all the trimmings. Location was perfect for going to the Manchester United match and 5 minute walking distance from the Trafford centre. Staff were very polite and helpful.
