Value for money and great choice for family
Pros:

Large room, offer connecting room given we have elderly and children is definitely a plus. The staff is friendly, proctive. Keep up with the great job!

Cons:

The sofabed is a bit too soft to sleep on

Brilliant hotel would stay again
Pros:

Great location. 5 minute taxi to the trafford centre and a mcdonalds right across the road from it. Rooms were clean staff friendly and helpful. A great hotel for the price.

Perfect place to stay as situated close to many of the attractions Manchester has to offer
Pros:

Breakfast was about what I expected it to be.

Cons:

I think perhaps some different teas e.g green
Also my wife is gluten/dairy intolerant so maybe oat milk /gluten free options.

Great hotel, lovely room and fantastic location

Staff were very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Literally nothing! Very nice location and staff. If I had to be pressed camomile teabags. But staff hunted for an alternative for me.

Overall was a comfortable and nice stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfy, location was not far from the Trafford centre. Breakfast staff were really friendly especially the young lady that was working the Sunday and Monday shift. Check in was fast and speedy. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Some of the reception staff could have smiled a bit more at the guests, I witnessed a few that had quite an attitude towards guests f2f and on the telephone.

A mix
Pros:

We were up here for an open day at the uni so was close by. And cheaper than the other ones more on the city. 2nd room was clean and the property was quite in the evening and convenient for shopping and the city.

Cons:

We arrived at around 10pm after a 5hr drive (not their fault) just needing bed. Were given our room key let ourselves into our room to find it had already had someone staying in or hadn’t been cleaned. If there was someone staying in there I hope they told them to be clear and transparent. But when we reported it, the staff came across as we were lying and asked to wait while they phoned house keeping. It took them a while for them to offer as a drink for the inconvenience. By the time we were given a new room I was falling asleep on the sofa in reception.
