Thoroughly enjoyable stay
Pros:

The parking, modern room which was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The air con was amazing. The location was amazing as very close to the Trafford centre.

Cons:

My Son wasn't really happy with the quality of food at breakfast (what were those scrambled eggs) but I thought the variety etc was very good.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Excellent location for visiting Trafford centre and other attractions.

Hotel smelt clean and fresh.
Room was well equipped clean and tidy. Although there was a red stain on the carpet, probably make up. (Room 220).
Excellent and large parking area and excellent position for a wander into the Trafford Centre before going to our event at BEC arena.

Cons:

Limited choice of alcohol free beverages.
Red stain on carpet not properly cleaned. Room 220.
Early check out time on Sunday. 12pm would have been preferred.
