Cons:

They took 50£ deposit but they didn't refund yet I have to call them a few times and asked them for refund .

Lovely hotel, will stay again
Pros:

Greeting on arrival but all 3 receptionists was lovey. Ellis quickly checked us in and we were soon in our room.

Breakfast was nice and hot and plenty of it despite being busy.

Will stay again.

Cons:

This is more feedback than complaints.

The smell on entering the room was unpleasant, it was either air freshener or laundry detergent. It made us feel a bit ill. We used deodorant everywhere to try to mask it.

The Pinot Grigio wasn't very nice, had a strange perfume taste, please can you change it 😀

We were sat by the service door, where a trolley was kept to put the dirty crockery and cutlery on, the trolley itself wasn't an issue, but the two staff ladies who were standing by trolley gossiping were, they were very loud and a bit more self awareness and to remember that guests are eating their breakfast.

Pros:

Staff were cheerful and helpful. Can't praise them enough. Room was clean and functional. Close to Trafford Centre. Easy to get to. Breakfast was good and love the ability to make a sausage sandwich to take away in a bag as my autistic son struggles with the busy dining room. He could eat breakfast in his room. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Shower took several minutes to warm up. Sockets by bed didn't work. One mug was missing buy staff at reception sorted it as soon as I spoke to them.
