Ok Stay. Lifts were terrible.
Cons:

The lifts were terrible as only 2 were working. I had to wait sometime up to 10 minutes. Really bad as made me late for a meeting. Will not stay here again if the lifts are not fixed.

Great hotel, warm and friendly staff in a great location everything was in short walking distance.
Pros:

It was modern very clean and smelt lovely. I felt very safe in the property as you couldn’t access the first floors without a key. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful.

good easy and helpful, the staff took my bags in early as I had to be in a conference all-day

all was clean and meet my needs. The breakfast was well presented and easy to navigate around

Cons:

I don't like lifts so a more positive signage to the stairs would be good and to encourage more people to use them, also the windows did not open! I am a fan of natural air flow!
