A great value stay in Birmingham centre
Pros:

Very reliable. Great prices for a clean and well appointed hotel.

Cons:

They don't have enough food options for dinner.
Just 3 pizzas and I could choose between just 2, they had burger on the menu but I couldn't order because they didn't have all the ingredients.

Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación al aeropuerto, el Bull Ring y en un paseo estas en el centro de la ciudad. Las vistas en la 17° planta, la amabilidad del personal, los detalles para los niños y la relación calidad precio. La habitación dispone de tetera y té. No lo usamos pero se agradece.

Cons:

Habitación justita de espacio y el plato de ducha tenía puntos negros que no me daban buen rollo. Hace falta cambiarlo o arreglarlo y limpiar bien la zona de la ducha. El ventilador del baño hacía un ruido molesto que no paró, pero con la puerta cerrada no se escucha en la habitación. También me faltó que hubiera más variedad de cena en el hotel. Disponen de precocinados como pizzas y otros platos. No aceptan efectivo.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was wonderful, great location for the hippodrome where we were going. The staff were super friendly. Very clean and modern. Great selection at breakfast. They even gavey children Easter gifts, which was a wonderful touch. Such a lovely stay!

Pros:

Everything, great location for the Utilita Arena and amazing bars and clubs along the canal, gorgeous place and spotless

Cons:

A little bit from the airport but lots of buses for 3 pound each and 30£ back in Uber

Pros:

Very convenient location - especially for train travel as is close to the Birmingham New Street station.
Breakfast was as expected - good with lots of choice of items.
Comfy bed.
Close to canal and centre.

Cons:

Entry to building is by a revolving door and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.
