The customer journey is really well thought through for a truly pleasant stay
Pros:

Incredibly good value for money. You have put the customer is at the heart of the experience. From the layout and features of the room to the helpfulness of the staff. The room was simple but contained everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and a huge selection.

Perfect accommodation for a first time visit to the city
Pros:

The room was perfect with a great view and the breakfast had some great varieties to it plus the mailbox where i needed to go was a 1 min walk

Cons:

i feel like 10am leaving time wasn't great; it should extend to 12pm or 2pm

Buon hotel per visitare il centro di Birmingham
Pros:

Hotel moderno vicinissimo alle attrazioni principali di Birmingham. Le camere sono silenziose e dai piani alti si gode di una bella vista. La camera era molto pulita, ad eccezione di un inconveniente prontamente risolto!

Cons:

La colazione é migliorabile con poca scelta e prodotti di qualità inferiore alle aspettative

Strongly recommend, could not fault anything!
Pros:

For a large chain hotel the staff worked very hard to still make it feel friendly and personal. I was made very welcome on arrival - the free ice creams at check in were VERY much appreciated in this heat wave! Beautiful large room with great AC and great value. Tasty and varied breakfast too, and in a great location.

Pros:

This hotel is great for a sole traveller. It’s 5 minutes from the train station, the staff are always friendly, the ‘help yourself’ coffee is much appreciated and rooms are always lovely.

Needs some general improvements
Pros:

Large bed, good air conditioning, good location for the ICC, Great choice and options at breakfast. Friendly staff

Cons:

I stayed in room 1511, there was black mould across the shower ceiling, a rip in the bed sheets, stains on the carpet and there was an issue with the device that you put the card in to turn the electricity on. The device was faulty and required 5 cards to be jammed in and sellotape to get it to work. I reported this to reception and the technician helped but it was never fixed during my two night stay
