Pros:

Habitación muy correcta. Aunque nuestra taza del water requeria revisión por que goteaba. Lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

En el desayuno. No habia opcion de huevos por ejemplo: plancha, fritos, huevos duros, etc... Solo scramble eggs.
Lo demás mejorable pero bien.

Good value, good location
Pros:

The location was just by the canal and easy access to both downtown and to the train station. Clean and well managed.

Cons:

The breakfast had a wide array of options, but most of the items tasted mass produced, flavorless.

The rooms were lovely & clean & breakfast was good.

Cons:

I checked in very late due to train delays. I was given a key, climbed into bed to be woken up by two girls who had been given a key to my room & checked in to it. I do t know how this could happen & it felt invasive & unsafe. They entered using a key card.

Excellent value for money, fantastic location
Pros:

Location was excellent, in walking distance to key sites e.g. Digbeth and for taking the Tram. In the hotel availability of tea coffee in the communal area was a bonus.

Cons:

Room was clean but shower could do with refresh of sealant or deep clean
