Un havre de paix
Pros:

De loin le plus bel hôtel où j’ai séjourné.
Un magnifique patio de style andalou rappelant l’Alhambra, avec un jardin paisible, au calme, tout en étant situé en plein centre-ville de San Cristóbal. Un véritable havre de paix.

Cons:

La chambre était très froide,le chauffage d’appoint ne suffit pas à compenser le manque d’isolation.

Es un lugar excelente para descansar,,la ubicación muy cerca de todo ,muy limpia las habitaciones , olor inolvidable al entrar al cuarto ...si jardín es un paraíso . Cuenta con un bello comedor y área de cafetería enfrente de ese bello jardín ..yo al llegar ahí senti que estaba en mi casa se siente mucha tranquilidad,,,estilo colonial rústico hermoso ese hotel ....y le dije al de recepción que volvería !!! Lo recomiendo es un lugar tan cómodo para descansar ...😍😍...

​A Pousada Primavera tem um potencial enorme, mas minha experiência ficou dividida.

A nota final seria um 9 pelo conforto e beleza, mas os problemas com o atendimento e infraestrutura acabaram deixando-a em 7.

​O que foi excelente:

​Localização e Charme:
A localização é imbatível, muito próxima à praça central. San Cristóbal é uma cidade colonial linda, e caminhar pelas ruas e restaurantes locais é indispensável.

A arquitetura da pousada em si é belíssima, preservando o estilo colonial.

​Conforto do Quarto: Como a cidade faz bastante frio à noite no inverno, a cama muito confortável e os cobertores bem quentes foram um ponto alto.

​Custo-benefício: Pelo valor e pela localização, o preço é justo.

​Resumo:
Com um pouco mais de cuidado no treinamento da equipe e manutenção básica, a pousada seria excepcional. No momento, vale pela localização e pelo quarto, mas não espere suporte ou serviços extras.

​Atendimento e Funcionários:
Os funcionários são quase ausentes e pouco prestativos. Não foram grosseiros, mas faltou proatividade. Ao relatar que o Wi-Fi não funcionava no 3º piso, recebi uma rede alternativa com sinal tão fraco que não resolveu o problema.

​Alimentação: Não há serviço de alimentação.
Existe um café no local, mas ninguém nos ofereceu nada e nunca vimos ninguém utilizando. É uma estrutura desperdiçada.

​Manutenção: O banho é quente (essencial para o clima), mas o chuveiro precisa de manutenção urgente, pois a água dispersa para todos os lados.
