체크인할때 친절하게 직원분들이 친절하게 안내해주고 필요한 정보를 제공해주셨어요.

Cons:

호텔짐맡기는 당시 물건을 잃어버렸는데 찾을수 없어서 아쉬웠습니다.
여행때쓰려고 전날 산건데 사용도 못하고 분실해서 CCTV확인요청했는데 답변이 늦었어요. 저는 제가 어디서 잃어버렸는지 정확히 확인해보고싶었는데... 분실물 찾긴 쉽지 않네요.
