最高！またユニバ行く時は絶対ここにします！！
Pros:

朝食も美味しかった。
ユニバのオフィシャルでは珍しい、最上階にスパがついていて、最高だった！！
館内も綺麗で、とても良かったです。

Cons:

立地的にしょうがないが、機械式駐車場が少し難点だった。平面もあったが、埋まってしまってた。

せっかくの記念日がホテルの飯まず

綺麗で駅がすぐそばだったこと

色々なビジホ、高級ホテル泊まってるがここのは
朝ご飯が本当に美味しくない
3泊したがほぼおんなじ
フルーツも甘くない
ご飯もまずい、野菜もまずい
あんまり種類ない

夜は近くのエビとか食べに行くからいいけど
朝食のレベル種類が多いだけでクオリティーは最低だった

お風呂が混む時間芋洗いで最悪だった
高級なホテルと思ったら大間違い
部屋も狭く写真に騙された
外国人騙しのホテルだと思った
もうこの系列のホテルは2度と泊まらないことにする

Pros:

スタッフの対応、清潔感

Cons:

今回だけかもですが、設備不良で断水によりトイレ使用不可(15時チェックイン後21時頃まで)大浴場も23時まで入れず、非常に残念で不自由しました

Pros:

建物や部屋が綺麗

Cons:

とにかく設備や部屋の大きさに対して人が多かった。大浴場のロッカーが足りなくて待ったし、サウナも諦めた。朝食のビュッフェもかなり並んでいて一度取りに行ったらもう取りに行く気になれなかった。
