素晴らしい！！
Pros:

期待以上のホテルでした。やはりホテルマンの笑顔は大事だなと実感しました。お部屋も広くてお風呂もよかったです。又泊まりたいと思わせるホテルでした。お世話になりました。

・スタッフの方の笑顔や態度
・駐車場がパーク付近の中では安い点
・大浴場が設置されている点
・要望への対応が早い点
・パークの待ち時間などがわかる点
・客室が広かった
・ビュッフェのコーヒーが美味しかった
・ランドリーがあって助かった

・フロントで少し日本語が聞き取りにくいスタッフさんがいらっしゃったのでゆっくりはっきり話して欲しい
・節電のため？廊下やエレベーターの空調が効いていなかったので暑い時があった
・女性への配慮かもしれないが、女性浴場にも水風呂があると嬉しい
・スパにて海外の方のお子さんが髪をまとめていないのを見かけたの注意書きをつけてほしい
・ランドリーの台数がもう少しあるとうれしい
・洗濯のみ乾燥のみの機械があってもいいと思った

Die Lage zu den Universal Studios war super.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Zimmer waren zwar schön groß, aber abgesehen von einem Minikühlschrank gab es nichts in diesem Zimmer. Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir, dass es keinen Safe gab. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel haben wir auch in Japan ganz andere Standards erlebt – dem wird dieses Haus in keinster Weise gerecht.

大阪シンギュラリホテル
Pros:

娘と2人で初めてユニバーサルジャパンに行き、宿泊ホテルが駅隣ですごく助かった

お部屋のソファ、壁など色々年季が入っているの汚れていたりグラグラするところが多かった
