Very enjoyable overall.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff particularly the people at reception.

Cons:

Lack of availability of food on the menu in the evening and not being advised of cafe closure time before we ordered the main course. We wanted dessert, but were then told it was closed!

Gefallen eigentlich nur die Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Die Zimmer komplett veraltet und stark renovierbedürftig . Lichtschalter und Steckdosen fallen bereits aus der Wand . Matratze komplett durchgelegen.Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig . An dem Tag unseres Frühstückes gab es noch nicht einmal Eier 🥚.

Pros:

Not spacious room but quite cozy, friendly staff, strategic location and good resto but need improvement dor taste, variety and refill. There were cafe at the lobby and mini poll besode resto. Plus service if tou’re lucky you got free doughnut by management

Excellent Services
Pros:

Nice hotel with very kindly staff, when I have family trip at Gresik, I was stay at this hotel. KHAS hotel is a hotel that I will recommend to my colleagues. On that stay, my son gets sick (Scarlett fever) and vomit twice at restaurant. The staff at restaurant is very helpful and kind to help my son. She is very good and nice person anyway. The other staff at bar is kind too and the janitor with mechanical staff give us some welcome bread (that is nice). So, keep your good work and always giving an Excellent Services to your guest. KHAS hotel has plus point in their employees.
